Today we had a limo reserved for friends wedding and 1 hour after the wedding we are still waiting on them to arrive. Now, we are late to the reception, bride is crying, and we are trying to manage a crisis. After finding an alternative number to reach the company, the owner has answered an responded "we will get there when we get there". I was only able to get this response after calling him 20+ times. Highly recommend that you do not use this company and find any other in Omaha before taking their service. Also, we have paid 50% and now using Uber to get us to the place we need to be for the reception.

I had reserved the big red bull party bus, but the day of my 40th bday bus party it had a compressor issue so they gave us a free upgrade to the limousine coach. Our driver was awesome and everyone had a fabulous time! I would highly recommend Emerald Limousine! They are definitely 5 stars!

I had Emerald Limousine to pick up a keynote speaker for one of our conferences. The guy was notoriously, picky... to put it very nicely. In fact, he complained about nearly everything in Omaha except these guys. I have used their services several times for personal and professional use, and as far as I can tell, they are about as good as it gets. I recommend these guys all the time!

Five stars for customer service before the event - answered emails in a very timely manner and called with clarifications. Two stars for actual night of service: Driver was very nice but borderline incompetent. He did not seem to understand the location of most of our stops. We had to help type locations into the GPS on his phone so he would get them correct. Despite this he could not locate 3 of our 4 stops without someone from our party literally sitting next to him and telling him where to go. Spent approximately 45 minutes of our night out getting the bus turned around and redirected when he had gone the wrong way even with his GPS. And we were not going to out of the way spots - we are talking bars at 120th and Blondo, 160th and Center, 150th and Pacific and Yutan - a party bus driver should be able to figure this out on his own. And speaking of his GPS - it was him holding his cell phone in his hand the entire time he was driving. No hands free mount, nothing. At one point while driving on the Dodge Expressway at 60+ MPH he dropped his phone and had to pull over on the side of the road to get it out from under his seat. Definitely not safe to do while driving. And then he STILL missed the correct exit off Dodge. I expressed my disappointment via email the night of the event and *crickets* - no response from anyone. My 10 or so emails before the event were all answered within hours - but when it was a complaint about a customer service issue the email goes unanswered. Bottom line - Emerald limousine is not in the business of repeat customers and doesn't care about customer service after they have your money.

We rented a 10 person limo for my daughters prom. Beaches of Covid the prom was postponed. They would not give me a refund on credit to rebook for a later time. We rescheduled for the new date. Now the morning of the call & say the 10 person limo is broke but they can bring the 8 person. Then 2 hrs before they are supposed to be here they call to say the 8 person is broke down as well and they will mail me a check.

If I had the choice to give 0 stars I would. My mom got a party bus for my sisters 18th birthday last night. Her and her group of friends ended up having to run out of the bus and were stranded on the side of the road for 45 minutes due to the bus catching on fire. Once that was resolved the bus then had a flat tire as they were heading back home. Nothing against the driver as it wasn't his fault but management needs to thoroughly check their buses to ensure they're safe. Since the business is closed, we haven't received word back as far as how we'll be compensated for the inconvenience but a full refund is definitely expected as this is not acceptable.
