Emerald Cab

I cannot give this cab company ANY stars!! We called multiple times after 5 am (as those are your stated hours) this past Thursday am for a ride for my 87 yr old mother (who lives in Denison) to get a ride up to see my dad who also lives in Denison at a care facility and was actively passing away. The weather was icy and under the circumstances, she did not want to drive. Multiple messages were left at various times. We stated what, when, where and why it was important and time sensitive !!! My dad was dying!!! To date....this is SATURDAY and there HAS NOT been a return phone call from this cab company! If you are no longer in business....then please take your listing down!! If you ARE in business....then PLEASE return phone calls!! if you have changed your hours, then please up date your information!! This has been MOST FRUSTRATING in our situation As non of us kids live close, she is new to the area....and all of her friends are elderly such as her An no longer have cars. If this is your business....PLEASE DO BETTER!
