Elk Hills

Came to tour this place and while the rental prices had potential the same cannot be said for the property itself. The staff lady that helped us was nice and straight to the point which I appreciated. We were shown the two bedroom model and oh my gosh. All the buildings are key fob entrance only. The door to get into the building we are going to was missing the entire lock which was concerning. The hallways inside were very dark, dirty and not maintained well. The model apartment was not clean at all, had maintenance storage things and the kitchen was missing cabinets. It was an immediate no after seeing all those es flags. If the model unit looks like that what makes me think that your other units look better?

Management takes days to respond to work orders. Haven't had a working dishwasher in 7 months. I've complained sooo many times but nothing is ever truly fixed. Workers are rude until I mean business and call them out bluntly (besides Gina). Maintenance is nice but always coming back bc nothing is ever truly fixed. So annoyed.

I loved living at Elk Hills - office staff was always nice and even willing to come take care of simple work orders while maintenance was busy. Maintenance staff was quick to respond and communicated with the work they completed.

Always enjoyed living here, and I've been here for three years or so. Maintenance are very sweet and I feel very safe in the area.
