Called twice and there was zero follow up regarding my inquiry about home health services. The first time I spoke to someone named Denise, one of the managers. She said she would check on things and get back to me and took my number down. I returned the call about a week later and left a message for her and never heard back. Awful customer service if you ask me. Try somewhere else. I would like to note the below response is false. My number was taken down the first time and the second time I never received a call back. I even double checked my phone history after this comment was posted, and had been keeping track of who I was calling in this matter. Keep it classy.

I worked with Aubrey and she was great. She worked me hard but was so nice. She was professional, always showed up when she said she would. I feel like she is my friend and I am going to miss her. I worked with another company before and they were good too. This time when I found out that company was not in the network for my insurance I was bummed and kind of had a negative attitude about this new company until I met Aubrey. I really liked her a lot. Today was my last day and I miss her.

This is an extremely poorly run/managed place! The staff are incompetent and totally disorganized and above all else exceptionally rude and disrespectful to their employees.The pay is ridiculous and the manager lies to you about bonus and hours.Stay away from this place!!!!

This company is very caring and compassionate. They will do all they can for their patients. I love working with them they will always work with my insurance to insure I get all benefits. They always have someone on call who is willing to help!
