I booked the 45-person bus for the Polar Experience for my son's baseball team. The families came together to afford the $700 rental fee. The boys were so excited. Fast-forward a few days. I received an email stating that another reservation came in before me, and even though I was down, it came before mine, so mine is getting canceled. I was bummed because if my name was already down, why am I getting kicked out. There was an apology and offered a smaller bus that wouldn't fit the team. This was totally a splurge for the boys. I wouldn't be upset if I just called and was told no, but I went through the process with the deposit in the designated time to be told nope, sorry, and not even offered different nights. I understand mistakes get made, but instead of trying to fix the error, all I kept getting was they were overwhelmed. December is usually booked a year in advance, and we have had overwhelming calls, texts, and emails daily for holiday light tours. Next time, say we overbooked. Let's fix this.

Original post: I've been on my fair share of party buses - this is easily the worst. Every time I was on an "Elite" (LOL) Party Bus I noticed how rude the driver's were and how dirty the buses were compared to others. I started asking around from the multiple people that booked and sure enough - the terrible customer service ran beyond that. I was SHOCKED at some of the emails I read from the management team - beyond disgusting and rude! I've never seen any business in general with worse customer service. Book with a company that actually deserves your money and business.In response to the comment: Hello Dustin, person that feels the need to make false assumptions and invalidate a woman's opinion to make yourself feel bigger. Instead of doing the same to you, I'll leave it at this: I'm very disappointed that you are making this out to be something it's not instead of accepting that your business, like all others, is not perfect and loved by every single person. I am NOT a liar and wouldn't have made a review about a specific incident that happened a year ago, as you mentioned. I'm not sure why it would shock you that someone that spent years prior in the area has been on your buses before, guess that says something about the lack of confidence in your own company. Contrary to your apparent belief, I am my own person and not just somebody's sister. I had very little to do with planning the situation you're discussing (though I do think it was handled poorly as a business - I'd never speak to any customer that way). Believe me - I wouldn't have selected this company because as I mentioned before, I have others that I prefer anyway. This review was sparked by recently being with a group of people and someone entirely unrelated to all of this (they don't even know Leann) brought up a separate situation involving this company. They showed some shady messages they received from this business. We all know that you have no desire to resolve issues and this person has better things to do than be bullied by you, so I'll leave their name out of it. Others began to chime in with similar stories that they had heard about this company which seemed really ironic and led me to think that this must be more common here than I originally thought. This response discrediting me and blasting unrelated parties confirms what I was already 99% sure of - this is by far the most unprofessionally ran business I've ever known. I 100% stand by my review and am going to carry on with my life now. Maybe, for once, you'll make the mature decision to do the same instead of wasting your time to come back and harass me some more over things that make absolutely no difference anyway.

Our bus was exactly what we wanted and our driver, Nate, was amazing! He planned our route with us ahead of time and made things go smoothly for our wedding day! We didn't have to worry at all.

ZERO stars for this outfit because the experience was horrible. Got a bus for my wife and I's wedding party and turned out the A/C was shot in it on a hot summer day. Was told i was going to get a full refund of $650 but instead my wife was treated horribly right off the bat with her calls she made. So to whoever is reading this take your money else ware to a place that's understanding and who's buses are in tip top shape. Overall a horrible experience don't make the same mistake i did!
