We recommend Elite to anyone who asks. We have an old HVAC that we are definitey putting off getting replaced, and they've come out a few times for us over the last 5 years and gotten the heater running again for such a reasonable cost. The first time it went down on us in 2020, we called another company who said there was no fix and quoted us an outrageous price for an HVAC replacement. I'm so glad we got the second opinion from Elite and they keep us running! Matt, specifically, is quick and efficient.

Our home warranty company contracts with Elite and sent them to check a crack in our heat exchange. They came on Wednesday to do the report and told me there are indeed cracks in our system. They failed to submit the report to the warranty company within 24 hours, temperatures are dropping, I have an infant and two small children and no solution before the cold weekend. I've called and they do not answer their phone.

I didn't chose Elite Heating & AC when my air conditioner went out. Horrible customer service, very condescending. Technicians dont know what they are doing. They came out 4 times in attempt to fix my ac. A month went by and I was done, nothing got fixed. After the 4th visit I was told they couldn't fix it because something was blocking the air flow in my ducts. This would mean that all my ducts were blocked. For the record it had nothing to do with my ducts.i decided to call another ac company & the problem was figure out within 10 minutes of being in my house.

My AC was not cooling and AHS was at my home the very next day. The communication from the main office staff and the technician were consistently courteous and timely. Matt arrived exactly when he said he would and was professional and efficient at problem solving my issue, showing me and teaching me a thing or two about my AC system and explaining next steps. He was out the very next afternoon with the part he needed to fix the unit and my home is once again cool. Thank you!

Probably the worst representation of quality that exists. They did a whole system replacement on my AC unit. Within a week it wasn't cooling. They returned 4 times to fix the issue only to blame a different problem and then charge us an other deductible. The technician was rude and when I could be there he was condescending to my wife and made her uncomfortable. When I started asking questions about his diagnosis on our issue he told me "you can google it if you don't believe me". By the end of the last visit from them he finally said "I don't have a clue what's going on" and tried to charge my an other deductible fee for figuring absolutely nothing out. If negative stars was an option I wouldnt know when to stop the rating. It was that bad.

All in all, I feel they don't stand behind their service, argue with you at every turn, and have an excuse for everything. Assigned to me by my warranty company for A/C repair. My first impression of them is that they were very fast to turn on the message stating they were gone for the 4th of July holiday on the day before. Now take into account that they have a 24-hour emergency service line - that is booked for two weeks with people that can't or don't want to take time off work. They were finally able to come out almost a week later. I had asked them to look at the fan on my condenser unit as the top was hot to the touch. They diagnosed it as a capicitor out. They left stating it was fixed. It was making the same exact noise as before. Called back and was educated more than once that it has to fail before it is covered. It did. Called to ask about fixing the real problem, and was told I had to resubmit, and wait almost another week. Switched to another company immediately.

We were connected with them through our home warranty company that I came out while I was in the hospital and I had to meet us at my home to help take care of it because my kids and stuff were home and they did not fix my AC and now after whatever he did my basement is flooding through my furnace because of my AC and they won't respond to us or call us back
