I purchased my most recent pair of glasses from this place and all i can say is "BE WARNED".The old women working here are incompetent at best. I had a full eye exam, picked out a frame, and told the woman i want the best lens you have. She took my old glasses in the back, obviously clamped them in some type of fixture and scratched the lens beyond ever being able to use them again.Mind you they were high dollar prism lens not just a bi-focal lens. That $900 pair of glasses are now garbage. The lens they put in the new frames are clearly some sort of cheap plastic garbage imported from china. I have had them since January 2024 and they are scratched beyond belief from normal day to day use. Mind you i am retired, i rarely go anyplace or do much of anything. The glasses rarely leave my head and they most certainly do not get abused.It seems anything that contacts the lens scratches them. This place is selling garbage and charging premium prices for it. I wont be back. Buyer beware....

I've got to say! 5 stars!I would go know where else for my optical service. I'm always having freak accidents happen. From running my glasses over with my quad, lets see, there flown off my motorcycle and were destroyed. And now I'm here to see what can be done this time. My puppy ate my glasses last night. The entire staff are! Great! The best! JElegant Optical flat out rocks! I would drive here from 2 hrs away.5 stars. Your great!

I love Elegant Optics! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have many unique frames to choose from and the staff are great at helping me pick ones that look and feel great. I've been a long time patient and highly recommended Elegant Optics to all my friends and family.
