You could tell the gentleman working (I assume owner) loves what he does / his new restaurant and is happy and excited to be living his dream!Loved the salsa station and the free red house salsa was very good!The cons: we didn't care for our tacos (asada and carnitas) and the tamale was too salty.My fiancé liked his quesadilla though!
