Purchased my first motorcycle from this dealership and had a pleasant experience. When first arriving, I didn't intend on buying anything once I found out that one of the bikes I was interested in was unavailable. However, I was introduced to the 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400 w/ABS that only had 4 miles on it. They had it listed at a very competitive price compared to private sales and other surrounding dealers. Dan and Shawn were extremely professional, patient, and weren't the typical pushy car salesman type individuals. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and am happy with my purchase!

I've been to FT in the past and didn't have great experiences with fixing my old bikes.I went here last week to see if they sold any Yamaha parts, (I know it isn't a Yamaha dealership but I still stopped and asked). They don't sell any Yamaha OEM parts, which is what I assumed. The young gent at the counter was really nice and accommodating though. He referred me to a Yamaha dealership in Bellevue, which had what I needed. The prices are a little high here and the selection of apparel and helmets is kind of small. All in all, the service was good but the inventory is lacking.

Purchased a new BMW K1600B here, great experience. I wasn't planning on buying a bike that day. Dan in sales and Brandon in service were great to work with.

Promised to get a pair of tires changed by end of the day on wheels I brought it. Failed to get it done. Dropped them off first thing in the morning. Came in person to check at 6:30 and was told service guys already left. Needed them same day and could have had it done elsewhere. The place sucks.

service department is absolutely horrible. two seperate occasions.first time..... I go there to get my clutch bleed to get the air out of the system. and I tell them go ahead and go through the bike, make sure there isnt any other problems. ( they quoted me $350 to bleed the clutch.) no phone call or anything later. they call me and say hey your bike is done. tried charging me $950 for a gasket that went bad on my fuel tank.......( which I would have noticed considering the strong scent of premium gasoline I use on the bike.... but I thought ok. kinda bull.... but ok......)second go round. I need a new clutch. my guard is up because of the previous trip. so I call them. hey I am going to bring this motorcyle in the clutch is going out but it still works how far out are you for work..... to get it repaired? they say three weeks. I was like ok. will you order the parts for the bike. and get them heading this way. so we can do this with the least amount of downtime for me to ride it. guy is like. yea I will need the vin to guarantee we get the right parts. I was like not a problem. all about coordination and planningright..... so I pay for the parts, before hand. wait three weeks to drop it off. then call them to ask if they got them in and were ready to go. "yep they told me...... bring it on in.... ok. so I get them the bike and then they say. well something happened and we dont have the parts. but they will be in next week and we will get started on it right away. fine....... 4 weeks later I still dont have the bike and its still not put together. and the guy slips up and says he is currently working on two bikes at the same time. and to not worry. calm down. oh and instead of the price they quoted me on the phone. $1100 it will be $1900 because of extra gaskets they need. to have overnighted. there incompetence knows no bounds. I should have taken my bmw to sioux falls SD I would have gotten it back by now. they are a bunch of crooks.

Due to Covid-19, it has been difficult to find the ATV that I wanted. With the help of Zach and Karl At Edwards Motorsports, I was able to find and purchase my 2021 Polaris Sportsman. I had a lot of questions since Polaris has made several changes to their 2021 ATVs. Zach never left me hanging and responded quickly to every call and email. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Update: Getting the spark fixed for free due to the driveshaft alignment being off, updating review to 4 stars. Thank youWe bought a 2018 Sea Doo Spark from Edwards Motorsports on June 1st 2018 and they are some of the nicest people to work with when buying anything. And everyone is super nice and willing to help out. So I give their buying process a 5 star rating but that's not what I'm on here for. Why I'm on here is because of their service department. Listen don't get me wrong they are still super nice people, but when we brought the spark in for service it was because it won't top out and it sounds like it was about to back off as I really got on it. 1st time we bring it in they were very nice about it. Explain that it sounded like a "wear ring" needed to be replaced. So once we pay approximately 100 dollars for the replacement they give it back. My buddy and I drop it in the water and it's doing the same thing, check engine light is on and it was only topping out around 30 now. So we bring it back in and say it wasn't fixed and we end up dropping it off again. A whole 3 weeks go by and we get a call saying that they didn't even know why it was there and what for. Completely disappointed that a whole near month of my summer had come and gone. They were very apologetic about it but I explain to them the whole thing of what was happening. Another week goes by and we pick it up and this time they said spark plugs were loose and the whole top of the ski needed to be taken off to check those. That put this trips total up to 150 dollars for mostly labor. Once I see it's doing it again I go on some threads of 1 person having the same problem and someone suggested checking my coolant level. Sure enough that thing was only 1/4 of the way full and once I realized that it was coolant I didn't even say anything to them. I put in coolant and sure enough this thing is back up to 52 zooming around the lake. It's now sept. 15 where I went for a ride on it to have some fun with it. Hitting the throttle as I come back in I hear it completely scream at me. I open up the little access hatch and that engine was shaking more than my 1995 Kawasaki 750 SX-i. We bring it in and they didn't know that it was in AGAIN. Another month this time and they fix it for its 100 hour service and that as they listed "driveability inspection". My buddy and I drop it in and I give it a little bit of throttle and it screams at me again. Now I'm at the point where I'm deciding if I even go back there. Because these guys obviously don't work the hardest to fix their customers stuff that they bought from them. Because nobody sends in their car for a month to have it sit there, get looked at, say it's ready then come back to find the same issue it had before! For all this hassle they have caused me that's why they get 1 star from me. So basically, buying it: Great! 5 star for sure. Getting it serviced/fixed is not good at all. Don't get the warranty if your going to buy it here because your probably going to want to take it to leisure life instead. Super disappointing and hope this helps people and saves everyone reading this some mone
