The office personnel are the absolute worst to deal with. Very incompetent in how they are running there rentals. Absolute no communican. They do not communicate clearly and explain there leasing questions clearly. I know if I would need a property management company to manage my properties they would be the last I would hire. They refuse to answer any questions in regards to there use of a third company assistant in regards to individuals. Think twice before applying with them.

Don't use this management I agree with all the review . They are dishonest . They say in contract that you will get your deposit back in so many days and its been 3months and no deposit. And the ladys that run this is not good to work with and very rude. I think they need to be reported to the bbb.

I have done work for this company for many years. Their properties are just as nice as all the other management companies. They are great to work with and great payers.I'm sure these bad reviews are mostly from dead beat renters,people who have been kicked out for non payment or otherthings. Most of the time it's just these kind of people that leavethese bad reviews.

if I could give this company I would also! This is literally the hands-down the worst management to from in Lincoln! I have no idea how they're still in business. The old ladies are so rude! They are very unprofessional and will yell at you and blame you for everything. I've had to call them to report some work orders because they are so cheap that everything always needs fixed and every time I call them they always wanna blame me and say it's my fault and say well I didn't have to deal with this with the last tenant. I do not care what the last tenant did and you're not gonna sit here and blame me for everything. My ceiling and my kitchen leaks where there is a patch when the bath is running so that is a plumbing issue. That's nothing. A tenant can do and where it's leaking. There is a patch so that means there's been issues before. Also, my toilet has overflowed and my sewer drain has also flooded since I've been living here but yet that's my fault even though they put a camera down the pipelines and seen that their tree roots are growing into the plumbing lines but yet again, that's my fault. It's absolutely the worst to rent from! They will hang up in your face and refuse to talk to you in person and threaten to call the cops on you when all you're trying to do is get your questions answered to put in a work order it's a huge headache and a lot of stress. I absolutely recommend you not rent from this company. The old ladies are very rude and unprofessional! Extremely unprofessional!!! I feel really bad for the one maintenance guy they have for the whole company! He does a good job for what they allow. But he is extremely overworked himself and I would absolutely hate to have to work for these two grinches. Save yourself a headache and stress, and do not rent from this be extremely disappointed and be blamed for everything that happens in your old ass house.

Rude and just talked to me any old way. Didn't return the funds immediately like she was supposed to to. Lincoln action and Catholic social services. Took them awhile. I had my stuff ready to move in and Terrin at the office said she changed her mind about leasing to me via had no where to go but the city mission!! DOnt Rent from this place they treat people like crap. Unorganized unprofessional. I called all the agency that helped me to give them the heads up that they need to get their deposits back. I was warned about this place from many people at Lincoln Manor. They are just awful. But yet call themselves christians.

They have no loyalty to good renters.I rented from them for 7 years. The first time I was late I was threatened with eviction. They didn't care that I could finally pay on-line, I was 6 days late and now had to hand deliver a money order to them like a bad child, wasting my time with a trip across town. Myself and 2 other neighbors are now moving out.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Eden hates dogs! The lady that answers the phone is not a pleasant person to converse with. I mentioned I have a dog and without even a response they hung up on me.

PLEASE NEVER US THIS COMPANY!!I have to tell you this is by far the most dishonest company I have every dealt with in my life!!!This company cost me and my wife thousands of dollars by charging us for everything you could think of. Its the most corrupted company we have ever worked with. Nothing about this company is acceptable or honest. Please, please do yourself and your family a huge favor and DO NOT US THIS COMPANY EVER!!!From day one until we left them they ripped us off min every way possible. I have never posted on Yelp before but felt I had to worn everyone out their how corrupted this company is. Please look for any other company out their besides this one. I have found a new Property Management company and they are GREAT.What EVER YOU DO PLEASE PASS ON EDEM MANAGEMENT!!!

THE WORSTWe used this company and it was the most terrible experience! If you own and rent property and need a management company that rents your units without letting months go by, actually call you back in a timely fashion, and doesn't charge huge maintenance fees, KEEP ON LOOKING. We lost a lot of money using this company and more frustrating than anything, they took days even a week to call us back when we had critical questions about our properties. There are other solid management companies in Lincoln- spare yourself the anguish and use them.
