Older hotel. Great value. The rooms and bedding both looked and smelled clean and fresh. Owner was super welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. After a bad experience at another hotel, he allowed me to inspect the room prior to payment. Dog friendly with a dog bed in room. If you're looking for an economical place to spend a night, that's CLEAN, this is it. Quiet location.This hotel has been under new ownership since the prior reviews!

Room seemed clean even though it reeked of stale cigarettes. Two queen beds. Pulled back bed spread to get pillow: hair and a stain right there on the pillow! I lifted it to show my husband, more hair under the pillow!!! Pulled back spread on second bed.. long black hair there too!!! We left, went to office to turn in key, gal said she didn't know what to do, she was just helping. She called Nick, manager, he said no refunds! I showed her pictures so she could tell him. He said we didn't cancel within 24 hours of booking, no refunds! Read the sign on the wall!!! Excuse me!? We didn't just change our minds; this was a health issue! Disgusting place and attitude!!!

it would really be nice to list prices on your yelp website, are they ashamed of the prices they charge. also what would the cost be say for a week for me and my wife? any discounts ?
