Eastern Nebraska Gun Club

I have only recently enjoyed shooting guns for fun. I've been fortunate to try my boyfriend's shot guns at a trap and skeet range and recently learned to shoot a rifle at the Eastern Nebraska Gun Club. The location is pretty far from the city but that makes it even better. I'm not sure exactly how big it was but I could tell there was a lot of space for different gun ranges and sports. From what I could tell they also take safety and responsibility quite seriously which is important. There are respectful and responsible gun owners who enjoy the sport. The range we were shooting at was a 100 yard range. We were able to set up our own targets and the big red lights allow anyone to cease fire and change their targets. What was also nice is the are where we could set up to shoot. It has a nice covering protecting you from the sun and elements, seating and gun tables to set your equipment up and racks for your guns when you're taking a break. I may not sure how I'll often I'll join my boyfriend out here but I'm excited to try my hand again one day! We drove around and saw some other ranges available to use and hope to try some trap shooting sometime!

I'm wired different than most folks, I enjoy being able to shoot at a range club where the shooters are not in charge. Therefore snowflakes need to go elsewhere. The property is amazing. Just being there makes me smile.

Largest and most diverse multi-discipline club-access firearms range in the area. Many opportunities for individuals and groups to obtain education, compete, and pursue their interests. Undergoing constant improvement.

it is ok, but too many members. have to wait a good half hour to get everyone to stop shooting to put out targets and again to retrieve them. check calendar before joining, they have matches and other events that take up different sections of the range all the time. made a comment on facebook about this and got attacked by one of the good old boys that run the range. the people who run it and their friends come before you. let my membership expire.

Just toured looks like great facility. Options for all types of firearms. Huge and all spread out but can drive to area you need. Plan to join!
