I checked out this place after the local half marathon in Lincoln. There were so many options on the menu. I was intrigued by the jalepeno hash holes so I went ahead and ordered them. They were alright but not as good as I was expecting. For my meal I got the egg white scramble which ended up being better than what I expected! It was very filling and tasted great.

I've eaten here several times.This is the first time I would never reorder what I had (Frenched cinnamon roll). The cinnamon roll was sliced very thin, and most of it looked like it hadn't touched the egg 'bath' used for French toast. Consequently, the cinnamon roll was very crunchy (hard). I asked for a regular piece of French toast to replace the second (uneaten) cinnamon roll, but unfortunately, it was also crunchy. The cook barely put the bread in the egg 'bath'.Also, I asked for my eggs to be over medium, and they came out over easy. One of my companions had the same issue. The cooks need to be trained on how to cook eggs to order.Lastly, they are a busy restaurant and parking is a total pain.

Going in now as first time testing experience. Not the better expresso machine but adequate. She allowed help with honey into Americano! Doing an omelette, pancakes requested burnt, same hash browns, shoulder bacon (pork belly), 2 over easy eggs. Is situated on ground floor of apartment complex and new modern. Full bar. Wow on foods quality and portion sizes. Really good. Really!!

This is one of my favorite spots to go with the girls. I always order the cinnamon roll pancakes for the table because they are too much to eat if you want to order anything else on the menu! I have had a few things but I keep returning to the huevos rancheros with the carnitas!!! Great place to catch up over delicious food!

Early bird is the new hot spot for brunch. At least for my family. :) They have a so many options from pancakes, to sandwiches, creative dishes, to healthier traditional omelets.The service is excellent and always accommodating with our 11month old.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Signed up for the waitlist with a note that we had two adults and one baby and would need accommodation for the stroller. Was in the waitlist for almost 40 minutes only for the staff to come up and say it would be an additional 20 minutes because they didn't read the note nor take note when I checked in. They should have planned to accommodate us just as they would accommodate a large party. Never going back and wont recommend.
