I'm still upset that when I went in for an emergent situation, I was charged as a new patient but never got the benefit of them doing my medical history even after the fact. $270 for a new patient? This is what's wrong in health care.

This is a full service ENT practice with several physicians and audiologists. I have not been there. I just called to get information. I was on hold for 18 minutes, YES, you read that correctly 18 minutes. After 14 minutes I hung up, thinking I had been forgotten. No, the very rude receptionist told me she was very busy. "I just have a quick question." I guess not cause she put me immediately back on hold. When she did come back 4 minutes later, she kept interrupting me and was not nice at all. I'd like to send a letter to these physicians in case they don't know what is happening. Unacceptable. This is a customer or patient's first encounter with their business and she keeps them waiting 18 minutes and is rude on top of it. WOW!!And it wasn't first thing on a Monday morning....

dr nelson saw me in his office for a little over a chronic problem i have had for over 30 years that causes me excruciating pain. i was told i would receive a call to get a ct scan of my sinuses, they never called. i called them and set up appointment, i was told i would be called with my results, they never called i called them! i called for medication, waited..they never called, i called them, they called in the wrong medication. i called back and was told the dr is the one who told them to call in the incorrect dosage. he and i spoke in his office during the 10 minute visit and i told him what dosage i was currently taking, so he was well aware.

I was in the area so I stopped in to see if they could help me with my hearing aid for a repair to the tubing. It was 10 minutes before closing and they stayed a half hour late to fix my hearing aid! I was not a current customer at the time but I am now! I have scheduled a new appointment to have my ears checked. Great customer service!
