Stopped in after booking an appointment months ago. The attendant was in the back, never came out until we said "Hello?" The selection is limited but still decent for the sizes. She didn't ask any questions about the bride at all. She didn't help try dresses on. She didn't help with anything. I feel like we were a complete burden to her Netflix schedule. No knowledge on the dresses, designers, or pricing. She said she was new but that's still no excuse for poor customer service. We left more disappointed in the service than anything. I wouldn't buy a dress here even if I thought it was "the one."
