DuTeau Subaru

I leased 2 cars from Duteau. I then moved to Arizona and assumed the Scottsdale dealership would measure up to Duteau. Nope. I have found that Duteau was superb in their care of the client. They are over the top in their assessment and treatment of the car. Steve in the service dept and all his employees there are just top notch.

We had curiosity so stopped in one day for look-see. Lots of choices here and nice sales staff showed some ideas to us. Maybe will do the Subaru thing sometime in future.

Absolutely horrible experience! I went to this dealership only to realize all of their aggressive pricing ads are clickbait. I visited them three times and they don't care about customers. They will jack up the ad price as soon as you walk in. And then you wait hours so they can lower the payment down to what they'd advertised. How ridiculous! Just because it's winter time they think they are cars are high in demand so it doesn't matter if they lose one or two customer. I'd never go to this dealership again. I'd much rather lease an Audi quattaro.

If I could give ZERO I would. Called to get an estimate to repair mechanical damage to my 2007 Impreza, which was in an accident, It is November 9- and they can't even do an estimate until mid December? Oh hell no! This is my fifth and LAST Subaru. I won't go through this ever again. See ya!

Service department: super efficient, friendly. Got me back on the road in no time at all.

Amazing service. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I was driving through the state and a CVT related warning light came up. The team at DuTeau saw me immediately and then swiftly diagnosed and fixed my car's issue and gave me loaner car for the night.

My daughters first car purchased turned out to be a wonderful experience. Tim our salesperson was very nice to work with, and Ryan who helped with financing was equally nice and explained things thoroughly. I would recommend this dealership.

Service after the sale not good at all. Purchased new tires in January 2019, on 11-29-19 took in to repair one tire, was told it was fixed. Next day tire low took in again and was told the plug came lose, fixed again and was told I needed new tires, these tires are less than a year old!!!!! Next day 12-1 tire low again took to a Firestone store and they actually fixed the tire, not just plugged the hole. Called to dealer and explained what had happened, no response !!!!!!! I love my Subaru and will get another one again, but not from this dealer.

Knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure. Wasn't able to test drive the exact model I was looking for, up graded a little. My daughter was able to find a dealer in Texas that beat their lowest price by 2K, but nobody else in Nebraska. Am still working on getting the car out of Texas.

My husband and I were shopping for a Subaru and we're told by some friends to shop here because the salesmen aren't pushy. We talked to Dustin who was very helpful! He wasn't pushy at all. He listened to us more than he talked. He answered our questions and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. At one point, we asked about a used Outback we saw online. After looking up the CarFax, he told us that he wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing he put us (and our newborn) in that vehicle. It had some problems and I appreciated his honesty. We'll absolutely be going there again to purchase and to maintain our Subaru. Great experience!
