Dutch Pantry

Never would've expected such a sweet little place in such a small town. Service was great, the staff are extremely friendly and the food was delicious. They have a simple but wonderful deli, everything is sliced and prepared in front of you and there are enough options that even the pickiest eaters will find something to enjoy. The bread is fresh-baked and you can buy all their meats, cheeses, and loaves in-store.Even greater though is the pantry! Plenty of spices, mixes, gelatin, flours, rice, starches, seeds, jams, sauces, pie fillings, candies, extracts, frozen and dried fruits, sprinkles, utensils, baked goods... and of course your staples like milk, eggs, and butter, all at a very affordable price. Much better than any grocery store I've ever been to! It was such a lovely, cozy experience and I will definitely be coming back.

I chose two sandwiches the bologna and peppered salami. Sandwich's were oversized and just what I wanted. I picked up some pork rinds and out the door I went. Great service.

We were starving and still had a few hours before dinner in Omaha. Stopped in for a sandwich and left with a perfect turkey sandwich and lots of great rood food - jerky & candies. Great selection of bulk items too. Service with a smile.

We discovered the Dutch Pantry in Auburn, Nebraska while following a route in the Nebraska Passport booklet. Of the 70 businesses or sights to see in this great state, we headed to Auburn, about 70 miles south of Omaha, to look at the public art display of ...bees! That's when we discovered the Dutch Pantry. We had already eaten lunch, otherwise we would have gotten deli sandwiches and soup. Friday's special was a sloppy Joe sandwich for $4.50. I would have liked to try it. Instead I perused the fresh bakery offerings and got a salted nut roll bar, which was excellent. There were lots of other baked goods, including breads. The store part separates the kitchen area from a small seating arrangement inside. They also have outdoor seating. The store had lots of interesting items: baking staples, spices, gluten-free, bulk items , unusual candy and other snacks. We bought some house-made corn chips with flax seeds. It's the kind of place where everyone is friendly and you want to take your time looking at everything. It's a surprise in a small town for sure.

Great place! Good people! They have almost anything one would need in the kitchen! It's the only place we get our lunch meat in town, and the pies are amazing!

Excellent baked goods! Friendly staff. Nice variety of bulk goods - flours, spices, grains, etc. Good selecting of gluten free options. Worth the drive!

It's a Amish run, very nice. Cinnamon rolls are awesome. And I also chocolate raisins yummy. And that's all I have to say
