Dunkin'

When I think of Dunkin's I can't but think of the Casey Affleck SNL skit...which if you haven't, do yourself a favor and watch it! It is pretty spot-on if you visit one in New England. And, it's pretty ironic that Ben Affleck is a spokesperson for Dunkin's. Had to get that out of the way, but this location is my favorite for a non-local coffee shop. The building is fairly new within the past 5 years; it used to be Classic Rock Cafe with a 70's vibe & music decor. The Dunkin' rewards app is quite possibly the best coffee app in my opinion; I love how it always has new monthly perks & it gets me to try something new on there menu. I am a cold brew lover and Dunkin's is always consistently strong coffee... especially the midnight black roast. The service is usually pretty fast & the only reason I gave a 4 star review is there were a couple of times for weekday mornings when they only had one person working, due to staffing issues. But, lately it seems like they have fixed some of those issues.If you want a consistent tasting non-local coffee shop with a low price point... especially if you have their app, then check out this unique Dunkin's.

I ordered my drink and when I pulled up to the drive through window there was no whipped cream on my frozen coffee which is supposed to come with whipped cream. while I wait for them to put the whipped cream on my drink the lady takes an order and comes to the window to tell me the order of the customer behind me when she realizes it's still me she asked what Im waiting for and I said my drink thats all I ordered. like she had already forgot me. She then comes back with my drink and says with an attitude" next time you need to ask us to put whipped cream or we won't put it on". I don't know if she was either tired or on drugs but this is ridiculous.

Every time I go the service is always so slow on the weekend and past 12. There have been multiple times where I go and I wait 30+ in the drive through with ONE car in front of me. When I pull up to the window, I see staff standing and being on their phones . While it takes 30 minutes for two drinks.

Staff seem nice, orders are usually correct, but the door is locked from time to time.
