Dunkin

I've never had a good Dunkin donut. How sad that this is the only donut place in Bellevue...their breakfast sandwiches are decent though.

On Monday 1/24/25 @7:30 a.mI was planning to purchase a dozen and a 1/2 donuts for a meeting, I was attending at 8 a.m.. When I went through the drive through, I was told I'm limited to only six donuts or less... How is that possible, is there a donut shortage that I've never heard about? This is either poor planning or management. How can you run a donut shop and start rationing donuts at 730 in the morning...

Coffee was good. Service was prompt. Drive through time was quick. Everything was fine.

The coffee is good but, if you order anything to eat just prepare yourself it's not going to be toasted all the way Alvarado toast should not have flop. I understand that it gets busy but attention to detail goes a long ways. It's not alvarado bread on the menu it clearly says toast. I will also say that the employees were very nice and pleasant just missed the mark on the toast.

The employees are very nice and fast working the few times I've been in. The few times I've ordered I received my items within a few minutes, and the orders were correct. They have a nice selection of donuts and drinks both times I've been there around lunch time. The restroom was clean and fully stocked as well. My biggest complaint is the limited amount of parking. It's in the corner of the gas station so only a few spots are for DD.

Ordered a hot coffee and received a tepid coffee. I went back and asked for a replacement ( I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt). They said it would be the same temperature if they replaced it! How is there not hot coffee at a place that advertises itself as a coffee place? Anyway, we will not visit this place again.

This store is right down the street from me and I have given it many chances. Almost every single time I have done a mobile order there I have had an item missing or MANY items. Today was no different and in fact it was missing THREE food items. My partner went back ONCE AGAIN to get the missing items and the reason? There wasn't one for most of it but one item they were just out of. So I guess if theyre out of an item you just don't get anything and they rip you off! Thats a very interesting business decision by this store but I am no longer surprised by this place. Save yourself the time and money and just go to the Dunkin on Galvin, you'll have your food and drinks must faster at a higher quality and they won't rip you off intentionally!!! Overall was never worth giving them my money or all the time we've spent trying to get the right order

Gave them another chance on an early weekday morning this week. Same story. Didn't have the donut I wanted. Last time I'll waste my time at this Dunkin, even though they are convenient to where I live.

This place is a dump. They're ridiculously slow and do not pay any attention to their front counter when customers are waiting to order. They're the dirtiest Dunks I have ever been to and would highly recommend trying a different location. We certainly won't be back
