The tailoring was $245 for an $89 dress. I didn't ask how much it would be upfront, but I never would've imagined $245. And just two days before my son's wedding. It hurt.

She did an AMAZING job! I would absolutely recommend this business. The time and cost were so reasonable! I'm just so pleased!

EXCELLENT customer service !She is a one woman show and extremely busy but took her time to take in my alteration. She was only able to do a quick fix for now but promised me a complete fix when her busy season is over.My garment was delivered on time as promised. I will be giving her my alteration and mending business. Very accommodating, professional and kind.

Mayra is PHENOMENAL. She was able to alter and reconstruct my sister's wedding dress within two and a half months it was incredible! She looked absolutely gorgeous! Mayra was also able to reconstruct a bridesmaids dress my sister was to wear that was 6 sizes too big. The bridal shop sent the dress in a size 8 when my sister is a size 2. Mayra was able to take an absolute fiasco and turn it into a wearable dress. My sister looked gorgeous! She altered the local bridal party and made us all feel very beautiful on my sister's special day! I'm wanting to buy a dress just so I have the chance to work with her again. She's immensely professional, knowledgeable, and a pure craftswoman that you don't find everywhere. I recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Mayra is a miracle worker!! I had ordered 4 different bridesmaid dresses throughout a 4 month time period and this was through a bridesmaids website and the dresses were shipped from China. After rush shipping the 4th dress, it was still too tight! Wasn't sure what I was going to do since there wasn't enough time to order another one. Mayra was able to make my dress bigger (expanded it by a couple inches) and it now fits like a glove. I'm truly soooo grateful! She was very professional and nice and completed her work in a timely fashion. I was even able to purchase a necklace to go with my dress. Thank you so much, Mayra! I will be back again if I ever need help from a seamstress!!!

This is the place for all of your alteration needs! Mayra did a great job on an open back dress I brought in, and gave me suggestions on what method would look best. I came in less than a week before i needed the dress back and was told she couldn't promise that it would be done but to my surprise she got it done for me!!! I am so grateful for her accommodating my needs and getting it done for me! Definitely recommend!

We called Dundee after hours and Myra answered. I explained a "clothing emergency" we were having and she offered to stay at the shop, wait for us to get there, and then stayed far beyond closing to help us. The customer service here cannot be topped. And for Myra to be willing to share her talents with us changed the evening. Thank you, Dundee and Myra!!

Poor. I took my vintage Eddie Baur shirt to her to flip the collar. She did not examine it in good light, did not sew it across the back, only at ends, and charged me $20. I finished the sewing.

They did a very nice job on my dress. Was very satisfied with the work they did but it was EXPENSIVE. I feel like I got ripped off but maybe not. I have no idea how much it cost to alter a wedding dress. The only thing I needed done was the end of my wedding dress trimmed 6 inches. It had 2 layers of easy fabric to work with. It ended up costing me 300$ +......... I bought my dress off Amazon for 99. The lady's were also a little bit rude and kept implying that I was to fat and it would look nicer if I went to the doctor and got some weight loss pills..... So if you are trying to keep your wedding on a budget this may not be the place to take your dress too.

Surprised no one at my work knew about this place! Right on Dodge, which makes parking an adventure but the work was top notch. Not inexpensive or super fast but truly careful work. I had a suit taken up and in which can be complicated and the results were impressive. I'll be back.
