I've ordered from Dundee florist a couple of times and each time I've been happy about both. My first experience with Dundee Florist was planning something special for my nephew's birthday. I sadly was unavailable for his birthday dinner with the family so I researched florists that were near his school. I stumbled upon Dundee florist on Yelp and headed to their website. Their website was easy to navigate and tailor the options to fit what I was looking for. I decided on a birthday balloon bundle with teddy bear. It was perfect! I ordered it online and had it delivered to his school on his birthday! He was so surprised and loved it he carried it everywhere that night and with him to dinner. It warmed my heart that he enjoyed the little surprise and felt special. My only wish for his birthday! My next experience was about the same. It was one of my closest friend's birthday and I wanted to do something special for her. Prior to the COVID year she would go all out for her birthday and dress up really fun on her special day at work. She wasn't feeling that excited for her birthday so I wanted to find something nice to give to her at work. Dundee florist was on the way so I decided to stop in and take a look. I hadn't been inside before though I knew it was always there. When I walked in I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. Then I realized I could go inside the cooler and choose a few blooms on my own! That was extra fun, I chose six different colored roses and a few filler flowers and it turned out just lovely. Simple and pretty. A gentleman offered to wrap them for me and I even purchased a card too! I love being able to support a small business especially one that made it through COViD year! The blooms are gorgeous and having the option for delivery, balloon and teddy bear bundles, makes it a nice touch to reach more people!

I tried ordering flowers from this place online over the weekend. Monday morning at 7am, I get a call from them -- apparently, they were referencing the credit card info I entered in their website, and manually entering it into their POS machine, and the transaction wasn't going through.Just prior to the call, I'd gotten a note from my bank saying they had declined the card because the supplemental info (like expiration date or security code) was incorrect. So I tried to update my info over the phone.It didn't go well.Me: "So can I --"DF: "Can you WHAT?! Finish your question!"Me: "Uh... Can I just check on the expiration date and security code from my card?"DF: "No! No! I've run this card TWICE. YOU need to either get another card or figure out what's wrong with your bank, then call me back."Me: "... OK, I'll call you back."Needless to say, I didn't call back. Whether the mistake was mine or his, it was a minor mistake that could have been fixed in about one minute. I was literally holding my card in my hand while he was yelling at me and refusing to update my information.Looking at other reviews on here, poor customer service is a fixture for this place. The silver lining for me was that their meltdown happened before my card was charged, so I could take my business elsewhere.

Dundee Florist is probably one of my favorite places to go if I'm in need of flowers. I love this place because if you want a bouquet, you can either get a premade one or you can make your own! If you make your own, they help you make it based on your budget and what kinds of flowers you like, or the person you are getting them for would like. Bouquets of flowers range in price and all look very different from one another. You will definitely receive a unique bouquet if you get one that came from here.Not only do they sell cut flowers, they also sell potted plants as well. Their selection includes mums, succulents, and orchids. They sell many different kinds of stuffed animals, lotions, soaps, and other gift items as well. Dundee Florist is the perfect place to go for any gifting needs. They staff is helpful and friendly, so it is definitely a warm environment to step into. If you have not been to Dundee Florist, you should check them out!

I called Dundee florist yesterday to order flowers for a funeral visitation . This was a last minute order and I asked for all white with greens.I was worried about how it would look but they assured me it would be nice.I was very pleased with the results. The bouquet looked beautiful and elegant and I must say better than others. Their delivery was reasonable and on time.I will order from them again!

I would choose wisely next time when ordering online. I ordered a floral arrangement for Mother's Day and later that day I received an e-mail saying there was an issue with my order. The roses in the arrangement were not available in the color in the picture I selected and would be substituted for a different one. They said that they called me but my phone was out of service- this is not true, I did receive a call from a number, I answered and no one was on the other line. I would hope that a business would try at least twice to contact a customer over the phone regarding their order. The arrangement was then delivered and while I was not expecting it to look exactly like the one online- it was not even close to resembling it. I also called when I received the email and spoke to someone from their "after hours" line. She was the definition of incompetent. She put me on hold several times for several minutes to let me know that all she could do was leave a message. Each time I asked her a question, another hold. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Beautiful selection of flowers, and amazing customer service! Alway willing and eager to lend there expertise to creating the perfect arrangement for every occasion!

Our experience with Dundee Florist was absolutely amazing. I called and they had the flowers delivered to my daughter-in-law within the hour. Were super friendly and affordable. Thanks so much!

Don't waste your time here, I would give zero stars if I could. I have never in my life experienced such rude treatment from a business. I pulled up 2 hours before they're supposed to close and the owner was locking up the place. I wanted to find out about what they do for shipping plants and he interrupted me, waving me off and said "no, we don't ship plants for people". I continued mentioning that I wasn't asking them to ship, and tried again to mention why I was there, and he said verbatim "no, I don't have time for this, I have deliveries". I literally was planning to buy a nice plant in exchange for advice on shipping plants that were given to me when a loved one died, since I'm about to move out of state. My suggestion to the owner: 1) customer service is still crucial to keeping a business afloat, and 2) don't base the way you treat customers on your own bias of them (it was pretty clear why he talked to me like that). My money was clearly not wanted and this doctor is more than happy to spend it elsewhere.Update: I'm not the only one who has encountered this guy. A word to the owner: in this world, people will get pissed off if you're rude and will just take their business elsewhere. If you hate your job or only want certain clientele, make that clear and stop wasting OUR time. And please don't respond with excuses

They have a great selection of flowers and they're always very personable and quick to respond to my different requests.

I would think twice before ordering online or utilizing their services. Especially, if something goes wrong with your order. Patti, the manger takes no ownership of her actions and the way she treats her customers. It appears they care more about their business than the people they serve. To the owner, it may be time to invest in some customer service training for your employees. As this isn't the first complaint about your employees treating folks poorly. I noticed one your site it states, "Our customers are truly important and our professional staff is dedicated to making your shopping experience pleasant and comfortable" in your about section, which in this case fell short, and Patti did not live up to your own company motto.
