Came into the shop for the first time today looking for a specific comic series I've been meaning to check out. They only had the fourth book. They immediately offered to call the other location to check if they had the first 3 books in stock. Once they confirmed the other location had them they arraigned to ship to this location and added my name to a file so that when any of the newer comics in that series come out they will them aside for me. Overall outstanding customer service! They were super helpful and polite.

This is a small comic shop loaded from top to bottom with comics and gaming resources. There is also a small selection of action figures to choose from. This is a secondary location for the Dragon's Lair Comics Franchise, much smaller than the other location. The isles are nicely stocked full of all sorts of the nerdy products that you might be in search of. By the register is a large collection of Hero Clix and star wars miniatures if that is your cup of tea. I found the comic back stock to be very helpful in finding some old mirage ninja turtle comics that I had been searching for. There is also a nice quarter comic section to find some cheap reads if money is an issue. The store is always pretty baron of customers which makes some of the tight spaces more bearable.

I'm shocked that this place is only a three star location but I do see that some of the negative reviews are a few years old. I can't speak to how things used to be but every time I've been in this location, I've always had a great experience. My son recently got introduced to a new comic series, Scooby Doo Apocalypse. Scooby and the gang are fighting zombies or something. I don't know, I still love the old cartoons. But, we've always been able to find the issues he needs here even when other places haven't had them in stock. They have two locations, as well, so if they don't have what you want when there, they can check with the other location to get it sent over. The staff have always been helpful and pleasant each time. I'm not a comic book guy, so I cannot get too far into the weeds about their overall selection but my experiences have been good.

I've moved away from the area years and years ago, but visit Omaha frequently. Every time I visit, I stop at Dragon's Lair. Sometimes both locations. There is a huge selection, great help, and an inviting atmosphere. I would rate this place 10 out of 5 if I could.

The people who work here are extremely helpful. They never make you feel like you are wasting their time. Prices are reasonable~! I spent almost an hour at each location looking to rebuild my old Pokemon AND YuGiOh collections... did I mention how patient they were? Haha...Comics, table tops, old & new everything. This is also my go-to place for figurines/model painting. I don't know of a better place in all of Omaha for this hobby, and I've been to many.

If they had a no star rating I'd give it. Horrible store, with horrible service. Like pulling teeth to get help. I'd rather go to a blind proctologist, with thick fingers and calloused hands, than ever set foot in this store again.

Guy who was behind the counter was very mean, all he did was drink soda and yell. The stuff there is overpriced. The stuff there is cool, and I want to like it, but it's just hard when the guy who works there is a huge jerk.

I'm highly disappointed in the lack of enforcement for wearing masks. I came in today to get my daughter an MTG Commander's deck. I called before coming and *specifically* asked if all employees and customers were required to wear masks. The answer was "of course!" Unfortunately, when I arrived there was one customer who was only half wearing the mask. He had his nose exposed, completely negating the point of wearing a mask. Worse yet, when I entered, the employee asked me how I was doing. I noticed the customer who had his mask half on and I stated a little pointedly and loudly: "Pretty good, except for people who can't wear their masks properly." While obviously looking at the customer who was not wearing his mask properly. The employee heard and did nothing to rectify the situation. it was at this point I realized this business didn't give a crap about the county-wide ordinance for mask-wearing, the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic that has killed over 200k Americans, or the health of myself or my children. Note taken. The customer who was incapable of covering his face properly with the mask then proceeded to chat with the employees at the front counter for approx 5 minutes. NOTHING was said about properly covering his face. Either the employees are too cowardly, or they just don't give a crap.I decided it was best to just stay away. Nothing was said to the customer about covering his stupid face. In fact, they were laughing and joking. I think the employees knew the guy. The dude was just chatting away for the longest time with the employees. Had no reservations about keeping his nose exposed, nor was employee input provided to correct the crappy behavior.I bought what I came for, but needless to say, I will never return. As much as I have liked this place in the past, the simple fact that they can't give a crap about simple human decency sickens me. They would allow a customer to risk death on other customers. How stupid and selfish can that be? What if I was immunocompromised? Is the health of my children or myself unimportant to this business? They clearly don't give a crap. I could've bought my Commander's deck from Amazon for $18.05. I paid $23.53 at Dragon's Lair. I could've saved almost $5.50! This is the last dime they'll get from me. In the future, I'll just buy from Amazon or another local comic book store. I generally try to support local businesses, hence why I went in today, but this place is clearly in support of killing innocent people because selfish A-holes can't be bothered to wear their masks. I specifically called to ask if it was safe and I thought it would be. Zero respect for people who are at risk. Zero accountability. They're clearly okay with customers potentially dying from their visit. They didn't ask the dude to do anything. Disgusting. My kids were with me too. Never again.

Always Love Dragons Lair. Both Locations are great, although this one has a smaller selection overall they are more than happy to have brought to this location. Saves me from driving to the other side of town!
