I needed to get a car that had been in storage for years inspected and registered. The inspection went quickly and the employee was friendly and willing to answer questions. When I went inside to register they were able to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. I think they get a bad wrap, but I had a lot of anxiety going in and left quite satisfied.

2:30pm on a Wednesday must be the sweet spot to go here, as there was no line and multiple employees working! I was swapping my regular plates (the one's with the sower holding his big 'ol balls) with specialty plates. Of course, the badass mountain lion conservation ones. Thanks Senator Chambers!In all it cost $12.10 for the new plates and a new registration for my vehicle. Well worth it to rock some cat plates!

I recently bought out my leased car. I was unaware that my sales tax/licensing was included in my financing (I asked awhile back if they could take it off because I'd rather pay for it cash, but they made it seem as if I couldn't). My registration was up in May and they were taking forever to send my registration and stickers so I figured they must have taken it off like I asked. I was late waiting for them to send it, so I paid the fee and got my registration and stickers. My car company finally sends the registration/sticker today months later so now I've essentially paid for tags twice. I called customer service and they say I'm pretty much SOL and my money is gone. Idk many people that can just throw hundreds of dollars out window and they refuse to make it right.

3 stars for a state enterprise is pretty high. Kind of like you should be if you expect a fair deal. I paid $114 tax on a $315 car. The teller was nice and service was amicable, but i don't fancy being here often

The clerk put a 2 in front of the actual msrp ($9995) so I paid 1079 instead of the like $300 I should have. Kind of a big error for you to make.

New to the state, just got my vehicle registered by a very unpleasant and unprofessional employee. This was on 9/26/23 at 10:17am, she was at the desk second from the walk to your left when you walk in the door. Sincerely disappointed. I told her I was under the impression that I could remove my parents from the title without them signing it over and she told me no and managed to sneak in a "they don't work here" jab about my parents. I guess it's good to know that hospitality ended when I crossed the Mississippi River. I would of gotten fired for a comment like where I work. I guess the standards are low here. Don't come to this branch of the Treasury Offic!

They got through the crowd relatively fast. Some very friendly some not so much. Appreciated getting through there as quick as possible.
