We toured the General George Crook house in late December and enjoyed the Christmas decor--a beautiful tree in every room and plenty of other decor!The audio tour really made this whole experience for us. I learned so much and am not a museum/history person myself. My parents enjoyed it so much they will bring their friends here. It really is a lot more than you'd expect from looking at it outside!The basement is a rotating theme, this time it was baseball in Omaha which was perfect since half of our group loves baseball. There were seats from Rosenblatt, and many pictures and props that made this display entertaining and interactive.I would be remiss if I didn't add the staff--Margaret--was SO helpful. She has only been here for 2 weeks and answered all our questions and more. She is very friendly and just the person you want to learn from in a place like this!Overall I would recommend this tour to any school experience probably 2nd grade+. It's a great learning experience, and fun for all ages!
