A unique and focused menu. Dory is the owner, and sells all kinds of things, not just bbq, but when it comes to food you can choose between chicken, ribs, duck, and some traditional offerings that may not appeal to the average Lincolnite (pig snout, chicken feet, etc).We visited on Memorial Day, and Dory opened up the shop for us. While the food is pre-made, he did chop up the chicken and ribs for us. We ordered 2 lbs of each. The chicken had a unique sweet and savory flavor profile that was intriguing and delicious. The ribs were unique, and had a crunch exterior that we assumed was skin. They were good, but the chicken is definitely worth coming back for.

My Vietnamese friend told me to try their Vietnamese BBQ. They have variety of meats (2 kinds of ducks, chicken, pork bellies, pork ribs, Chashu - spell?, etc.) and I love them all.I go there to get BBQ for dinner, so the master gives me small amount of sauce too. The only thing is I am not sure how often they cook. My friend goes there only on Saturday because there are more customers on Saturday and the meat is fresh. But I work nearby and I want to pick up dinner on weekday. When is the best day of the week to visit? No eat in space so you need to take out your lunch.

Bought a pound of their BBQ Pork to cut up for homemade Banh Mi for about $6.00 +tax! Delish! The drawback: Cash or Check only. It would be quicker to walk across the street to Walgreens for cash if you happen to forget to bring some, as there is no easy access to the entrance unless you are heading west on Vine, or North on 27th, due to the streets having dividers.

Very interesting hole-in-the-wall place. Walk in and you are greeted with a a case of barbecued racks of meat, ducks, pig's heads, etc., and walls of Buddha statues and dishes and knick-knacks for sale. When we first stepped in, we thought--what did we get ourselves into--but had the faith and curiosity to try it out. It is to-go only. We took two combination boxes, one with roasted chicken and one with roasted pork. They both came with two tasty sauces, rice, and a small portion of pickled salad. Chicken combination was $4.99 and pork combination was $5.99. Either portion was more than enough for one person (and might even feed two). When we got the food home, we were not disappointed. Extremely tasty--especially the chicken. It looks like most people might come in and order larger portions of meat by the pound. This is a great option for a quick family dinner, and probably cheaper than buying a rotisserie chicken. I hope they do well.

Being a fan of Vietnamese cuisine checked it out and got the roasted pork to go. After seeing so many pig heads being enjoyed on food porn TV shows inquired if one was available and yes! Not as good as expected but being a very adventurous eater no regrets at all

Serious pork for serious people. BBQ Pork Over Rice. BBQ Chicken Over Rice. Both absolutely delicious, probably the best food in Lincoln. Also, the man at the front will be sure to give you some life advice about saving money and about how to get around town.I wish I could come back and order the whole pig. Mmm....pig....
