I would not recommend this provider. Poor communication and business practices. Earlier review of billing issues are spot on. If you are someone that expects a monthly statement or ANY communication, then this is not the way to go.One has to wonder if the company isn't legit tax wise because written statements, even emailed statement are apparently a taboo.

I used this company for awhile in the past with only minor issues, but after my dog passed away and I cancelled service things changed. I recently got another dog and wanted to use this company again...after several calls and emails with zero response I just gave up. If you're looking for good communication and reliability I would look elsewhere

Had heard good things about this service. Called and spoke with the owner and set up initial appointment over the phone. Was quoted weekly fees and told they would get to me the next day. 4 days went by and I had to put in a call to find out that they would try to get out the following day. This was an issue due to the left over waste from the prior owner we were not letting our dog out in the yard. Once they showed up they did a good job. The yard had not been cleaned in awhile you could tell...this leads to the reason for the rating and me canceling service after the first visit.After running multiple days later than what I was told I received a $42 bill on a quote that I received for $7. After emails back and forth I was informed that it was due to the amount of waste in the yard (which I explained to Doo B Gone over the initial phone call and quote). As a business owner I totally understand that sometimes a job needs to have hours added to it but I would never...after running so late on a initial visit with a client just assume they were ok with that. A simple phone call could have kept me as a happy and long time customer.

I've used Ernie for a few years. He didn't bill me for all of 2016. He said his bookkeeper had screwed up but it was fixed. In February I had to calla gain for a statement. This summer I saw one of his workers and asked him to tell Ernie to send me a bill. The employee said yeah he does this all the time. Another 2 months went by and I called to cancel. He was clearly irritated and tried to say it wasn't his billing system. He then rang my doorbell a day or two later and handed me the bill. LOL. He tried to rebill me for 6 months that I already paid last year. He has no idea what he's doing and shouldn't be dong his own accounting.

Ernie has shoddy book keeping practices and argued with me more than once on pricing and posting of my payments. I had to ask more than once for an invoice, which never seem to be accurate. I do accounts receivable for a living and certainly know how to use math. Whomever does books for Ernie is going to get him in a lot of trouble. Beware!

Ernie is super flexible and reasonably priced. Haven't seen any poo left behind, ever and it's absolutely worth it to not have to pick up after my 2 little monsters! A+ pet waste removal, I would recommend to anyone!

On April 22, 2016, this company came to my yard and didn't perform the service they were being paid to do. As a result, I cancelled my service. In May, I received an invoice for services with no clear indication of which dates I was being charged for. After multiple attempts to get a response from the owner, I received a short response that the invoice was sent in error. On June 10th, I received another invoice. I replied, reminded the owner that they were fired back in April and asked for them to reply and remove me from their billing software by the end of the day or I would go to the BBB. I still haven't heard back from this company.The poor communication and billing errors are simply egregious business practices and I hope this company can eventually address these issues and improve themselves so they can become successful.

Ernie is a rude and horrible business man. we used him for two months and it was the worst experience we could have imagined. If thats not enough for you to know not to use him, all the poop left in your yard after his visits will. We had him coming twice a week and one dog, still never got the yard cleaned. He just quite coming with out any contact or notice. He did not show on the scheduled days half the time. But our BIGGEST complaint is how rude and snotty he was EVERY time we had to deal with him. He made it clear he was not concerned nor cared to have or keep us as customers. There are many other companies you can use, be treated like a customer and your yard will actually get cleaned.

Did a good job in the spring and summer but only showed up part of the time in the winter I pay for weekly service. I was charged for service every week but was only serviced when it was convenient for them to get here.
