Don's New & Used Tires

I understand that things can get busy from time to time, I understand that there's a line up of vehicles you gotta take care of, I understand that perhalps a nail on a tire is not as important as all the other jobs you got lined up. But I also know and understand customers service. The shop guys didn't even give me the time of day, they didn't even wall 5 feet to my car to take a look at the tire to tell me if they could fix it and how much it was going to be. I wouldn't have mind the wait, but no, they literally said " I'm too busy and I can't look at it right now." I'm glad they're busy and they're doing well, but if you're looking for professional attention, weather it is full rotation or tires or a simple nail in your tire, I don't think this is the place. Sorry guys, nothing personal, just sharing my experience with your shop.

I hit a curb, then drove 2 miles on my flat tire because it was dark and raining. Don's fixed me up fast with a great- looking used tire ( with a 7 day guarantee not to go flat.). This will be my tire store from now on. They also earned me to get front end checked out because they saw damage. You

My tires were definitely due to be replaced and with the drivers side rear tire losing air I finally bit the bullet and thought "I'll get a used one to tide me over till I get to Omaha" After chatting with the super helpful man ( didn't catch his name) I went ahead and bought the slightly weird sized tires and went on my way within an hour. Price was comparable to what I was planning on paying at Costco or Discount Tires so all's well. Nice to support a local biz and have a connection for the future

Called up to see if they made you do appointments like everyone else because of the covid and they said just come on in and we will take care of you. Came in and it was fast to get in and no hassle. The guy helped me out in picking tires out and gave me his recommendations which also saved me money! I will come back again for sure in the future! They are very knowledgeable and friendly

Decent deal on used tires, fairly quick...no real issues I can think of. Waiting room was somewhat interesting so we could keep the kids semi entertained.

They sold us a used tire that was no good, then refused to give us a refund. But, they were friendly while doing so. Will never do business here again.

I have purchased several excellent used tires from Don's since first going there in 2009 for a tire repair. When going in for a repair, they have always been prompt, courteous, and done an excellent job of getting me back on the road. In 2011 I was selling a small truck with very poor tires, after going in they set me up with a great set of matching used tires for about what one new tire would have cost me. This small detail likely got me several hundred dollars more for that vehicle.Last summer I needed a couple of used tires for my truck, I was in and out with two great used tires in less than an hour for a great price.This week I scored a set of Goodyear Wranglers and needed them mounted on my truck. I came in the day before a huge winter storm, and they were swamped. The guys were busier than a one legged man in an ass-kicking contest, but they were knocking jobs out and selling tires left and right. I had to wait a bit, understandably as you want to service the customer buying product from you first, but when they got me in the dismounted, remounted and balanced everything in less than 45 minutes! This is taking eight tires off of wheels (and not banging up or scratching the wheels either) then remounting the four new tires onto my wheels, balancing them, and mounting the wheels to the vehicle and putting the other set of wheels in the back of my truck. I paid a fair price for this service, and all I had to do is back out of the shop. I will continue to see the guys at Don's for my tire needs, and I highly recommend them to my friends!

Attempted to try another tire store since Dons was closed as it was a holiday. I learned the hard way. I will ONLY go to Dons from now on. Great customer service and treated with great respect, even as a woman ;) They were extremely fast and extremely affordable. If you are looking for a tire place, I would HIGHLY suggest Dons New and Used Tires on Cornhusker Hwy. Ive been going there for years and have never had one issue with them.Great job guys!!!

Called Don's yesterday looking for a set of 8 lug Chevy rims they said they had a used set, I told them I had a set of used but in perfect condition 2010 camaro ss rims and tires (perrelli p zeros tires have 95% tread). the person I talked to said they would be interested in them and I should come look at what they have and bring my set of rims with me so they can take a look. I got there today and the rims they had were in horrible condition and they didn't even want to look at my set of rims. In short,horrible shop wouldn't ever consider going back there. I understand your running a business but you should try to have better customer relations.

My husband recommended Don's used tires to me after I have had multiple issues with my tires loosing air and taking them to Honda 3 times to be fixed. Dons fixed my tires in less than 30 mins at a very low price. Was welcomed as soon as I pulled up to their business, my vehicle was serviced right away, allowing me time to have lunch with my husband. Highly recommend Don's used tires!!!
