Don & Millie's

This is my first time eating at this particular location, and I had a great experience. The employees were super friendly and they were quick to get your food out. The grilled chicken club was very good, but I opted to add a little ranch to give it some sauce. Their queso is very good, and they offer a lot of chips to go with it. One perk is the $1.29 margaritas... Can't beat the price of those.

Yuck. Microwave Chile footling hot dog. Shake tasted stale. Whole family unimpressed. M

Don & Millie's has been one of my favorite places to eat since my son started working there as a teenager. My favs are still the same: baked potato soup, onion rings, taco salad, and basic cheese burger. And let's not forget the chocolate chip cookies for desert. Since I don't eat much meat these days, I usually just get the baked potato soup or at other times, onion rings. The rings are real onions, not extruded, with a light, crispy coating. The soup is thick with potatoes and I usually get the works--bacon bits, scallions, and cheese. The cookies are crispy and thin perfection. During the week you can get a free cookie at the drive thru between 2 and 5 o'clock. It doesn't even seem like fast food, especially when you can get a margarita inside. The soup and onion rings are not low sodium or low calorie, so I don't have either very often and that's why they seem like guilty pleasures.

This is our go-to location for burgers and fries. They make delicious burgers with beef that looks real.Parking is in a private lot. Entry is from the lot. There is also a drive through window. Staff has been good throughout our visits.I recommend the double-double. It's a double cheeseburger with double cheese. Delicious. We keep returning.

Gosh, I really struggle choosing my meal when I go to Don and Millie's, there are just too many good options. When I am pregnant and like to indulge I get the chicken fingers and french fry onion ring combo. The tenders are nicely breaded and real juicy and the proportion is just right. The french fries are shoe strings and the perfect amount of soft and crunchy. The onion rings, oh I love onion rings, and these never disappoint. They're crunchy, savory and just greasy enough to satisfy any comfort food you might be craving. Even if I'm looking for a healthier option they offer more than just a Chef salad; there the Mandarin Salad with wonton strips or the Double Berry Salad with strawberry and cranberry and feta! (I still order the onion ring combo). All in all this place can satisfy every foodie in your family. If you're dining in, try the .99 margaritas!

This was my very first visit to Don and Millie's, off of Center Road and the 680 freeway. I was surprised to see many cars lined up in the drive thru lane at a non prime time hour. I walked in and ordered the number 2 combo and substituted onion rings for the fries. I didn't mind the 50's music but I am sure the millennial workers didn't care for this music selection, even though it was an important generation for music experimentation and historical significance for today's music. The burger was average in my opinion and enjoyed the onion rings light batter and flavor. I haven't discovered yet why people were lined up for the food, based on my first impression. If given another opportunity to visit, I would pick another entree.

Not healthy, but tastes damn good!! Have been coming since I was a kid. Gotta try the cheese frenchies

Excellent service and very well run place. The food quality was perfect. The staff worked well together.

Amazing customer service and adequate promotion of new specials. The signage is great and ordering is very simple. Very relaxed in the restaurant and there are TVs which show mostly sports.

Food and staff are wonderful always smiling and cheerful! We love the burgers, chili and salads are all great in the fast food category.
