I have used Dario in the past and he was beyond awesome. Whether it be Mac or PC Dario is the best I have ever seen. I had a HP that was slowing down quite a bit and he went through it and turned it into a screaming fast machine. Also had a older Mac of my daughters that he was able to fix and get it running quite well.Dario was very professional each time and always was quick about getting things done. I am not sure about the person who gave the low rating but you can bet there is "more to the story" .

This company ghosted us. We tried to contact them for over a year, before leaving a bad review. They are hijacking us by not giving us access to our Router and Firewall. They also won't give us our Microsoft 365 passwords. Everyone in our office has called, emailed, and texted. No reply. We are in the process of working with our lawyer, authorities and other IT companies as we have found out is illegal for them to hijack us like this. We are also suspicious that they have been on our PCs remotely as we have witnessed activity when we aren't controlling the PC and when we asked them about it we of course got no reply.

The best, helped me out for a fairly difficult computer solution that another local company couldn't fix.

I left a review back in 2018 when Dario helped me. I was in tears because my Mac Lap top just died in front of my face. I had another one that was one the verge of dying and I found DME on the internet. I called Dario. He could tell I needed hi help and told me to bring them both to him; I did. He fix the one he could fix and upgraded the casing and cleaned my machine. He preserved all my software and files. He did not over charge me. I love this guy and trust him with all my stuff. The fact that yelp is allowing the one negative review from whoever this person is to overshadow the other 7 great reviews (go read them) is ridiculous. Truly as good as it gets. I am a luddite when it comes to personal computers and Dario was very helpful and patient. A man, in a house, but very professional. An old world tradition rearing it's practical head, unsurprisingly in South Omaha. Make the trip.

From beginning to end, the experience you receive at DME Computer Repair Services is like no other. I have a 2010 MacBook Pro that had a bad hard drive. I called Dario on a Saturday morning and he told me to come right in. In less that 30 minutes he had taken a look at the computer, taken it apart and advised me that the hard drive had failed and needed to be replaced. I also informed him that the computer had some water damage so he inspected it and gave me my options. This is the type of person and company you want dealing with your computer needs. He took the problem off my hands, gave me his honest and professional advise, fixed it and gave it back to me better than when I first purchased the computer with an upgraded hard drive. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!!
