I'm in a band and sometimes we need to run our own sound when playing certain venues. I've used Direct Pro Audio 7 different times and I've never had a problem with them. Brenna always asks what we need and makes sure to take care of us if we have any questions.She even gave us her cell number for questions when we rented gear from them and went on the road.Prices seemed more than fair, gear always works great, and support has never let me down.

Came across this's website and first read their about page. I thought it was nice how Jason and john started this company back in 2003. So I figured I would support this small business instead of big box stores. Boy was I wrong. I bought an $800 mackie speaker which only would of been a fraction of what I needed to purchase to conclude my in house studio. I had to send email every day for 8 days straight, call multiple times a day. Spoke to Bre which from the beginning didn't seem pleasant over the phone. Bre promised she would call or send me an email follow up. None of that happened and in a matter of 8 days I did get one response and that's because I said I'm going to give them a bad review. I can go on and on. Direct pro audio doesn't even deserve one star. They cannot even deliver on one simple order. And Bre (probably wife or girlfriend or either Jason or john). I say this because nobody with common sense would give this lady a job in customer service. WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN OVER 30 YEARS. I told Bre she is terrible at customer service and she chuckled and hung up the phone on me. Good way to treat customers.

Are they still in business? I tried contacting them for almost a month regarding an order and I was never able to get in contact with them.I ordered a $30 cable, they took my money immediately, but a week went by and I hadn't heard from them. I sent them an email, along with contacting them via their website contact form, to check the status of my order. Another week goes by and still nothing.At this point my deadline for needing the item is approaching, so I order from a competitor. I contact them once again to try to cancel the order, a few days pass and still nothing.Now I've received the item from the competitor, who had to special order it. I open a claim with PayPal, which gives them a couple weeks to respond. They never do. Thankfully PayPal refunded the purchase price.I strongly warn anyone to avoid buying from them online.

Don,t even. 3 days (Tue,Wed,Thu) of not answering there phone along with the fact the the phone number that is on their Paypal account comes back as a bad number. No good reviews . Paypal looked into it and gave me my money back. If the deal looks to good to be true it probably is.

Placed an order for my son. They never shipped, never refunded my $149.00 & when I kept emailing them, they ghosted me and wished me luck finding it on eBay. Horrible! If I could do negative stars, I would!

When I get into a jam, DPA always seems to be there for me. They especially take of of the gear I need when I book a gig just a little too big! Big secret - they donate rental gear for veterans causes if it is available! No charge!
