Their service department is top notch!! Every time I've had to bring my bike in, they have always done an amazing job. Most recently, I had gotten a flat tire in the middle of nowhere with my Goldwing. Small town auto repair shop slapped a car valve stem in and got me on the road again. I had a rare opportunity to have a day off and decided to pull that wheel of and take it in to have the tire and valve stem replaced. My service advisor, Cody Dorste, manages to squeak me in without and appointment and done within an hour. He was super kind, professional and gave no false hope of how long it would take. His professionalism, knowledge and just being an amazing human that truly cares about his customers is why I will continue to come back. Thanks so much for yet another amazing service experience!!

We went to Dillon Brothers last night to get me a helmet so I can ride on the back of my fiancé's bike safely in a helmet that actually fits my tiny head. I wish we would have gotten the name of the gentleman that helped us because he was so patient and helped explain what a snug helmet should feel like. After trying on a dozen helmets and taking off and putting back on I think we found a helmet that fits just right!

Walked in, cash in hand to buy a Kawasaki Vulcan. Was told there were going to be extra fees tacked on to the bike outside of what the sticker said. An incredibly rude and unprofessional salesman decided to educate me on his commission instead of working with me to make a deal. I told him if he wasn't willing to work with me, that I'd go elsewhere. He literally said, "Where else are you going to go?!"Long story short, I went elsewhere and spent $3500 more than I intended on a different bike just because the salesman treated me like my business mattered to him. If you're going to advertise a price, advertise the full price. $1250 in extra fees (15% of the purchase price of a $7999 Vulcan) is insane.

DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE!! These people are actually awful, the worst community of good for nothing idiots. Don't take your bike here ever, they'll take you around the ringer, overcharge you for things they didn't even do and lie and say it's completed, completely unprofessional, unacceptable and ignorant service. These people don't care about anything but a paycheck. Looks as if one of their incompetent workers decided to do a burnout on my bike. These people are truly and utterly awful.The only good employee they have is an older gentleman that worked on my bike and was actually helpful. That man deserves a raise dealing with immature 20yr olds all day.

I have a friend that has a bike being worked on, the job is about an hour if that!! They have had the bike for 3 weeks and have given him the run around about why it's not done!! This place is a joke!!! Take your bike somewhere else if you want it done!!

I went in to buy some motorcycle riding boots. A young gentleman named JJ in parts and accessories helped me. He recommended a type for my intended use, and we put my size on order. JJ also helped me pick out a replacement for my current 30 year old helmet. Kurt is another gentleman that works in this department. Both Kurt and JJ have extensive knowledge, are helpful, and cheerful!! Dillon Brothers and these gentlemen will figure out how to solve your need!!!

7 hours agoNEWI met with Brandon Stewart and bought a four wheeler, i was delivered a four wheeler to my house that did not run. Brandon told me i flooded it. So i waited 24 hours and tried it again, still didn't run. He told me if it didn't run they would take it back just the day before. Whatever is wrong with it i didnt care at that point. i did not want it anymore, it's brand new not running. i just didnt want a lemon. So I called Brandon he says "it's your problem" and he hung up on me. I tried to call him right back and he had blocked my phone number so i could not call him back. So I cancelled the check i had paid him the day before. I just waited knowing he would try and cash it. Sure enough, he calls me. Mind you I had already called service they came looked at four wheeler and said "something isn't right it's more then flooded," so they took the four wheeler back to Dillons. Anyway He says to me all friendly all of a sudden now "we have a problem your check isn't going thru". I said " i know bud. I cancelled it." He said "oh well i guess i'm ripping up this sales receipt" damn right you are! Better luck next time "bud" Be very careful here
