My IPad would not charge at all. Went to Apple, they said nothing could be done about it bought a new one. A friend suggested Digital Dot Systems. Never heard of them. Went in the next week. Guy at the counter said yea we can send it in and you will get refurbished one in its place. $99. Was a good price for my Granddaughter to have an IPad for her games. Told me it would take about two weeks because of the Holidays. 6 days it's back! Great service!!

My Apple laptop was having a manufacturing issue and they were very friendly and explained everything to me. I came in with an appointment on Friday and they ordered my part right away. By Monday it was in, and I dropped off my laptop Tuesday morning for them to repair it. Two hours later, and it was all fixed! Everyone was very nice and answered all of my questions, I learned some facts about Steve Jobs, and they weren't even mad that I was ten minutes late to drop off my laptop. Now THAT'S service! Highly recommend going to them, they're so much quicker than the service I've gotten at the Apple Store and they're Apple certified!

My MacBook Air had an intermittent problem of not waking from being asleep and I would have to force shut down and start. I took it to Digital Dot and found them extremely patient, helpful, thorough in trying to troubleshoot the problem and remedy. They communicated in a timely manner. It wouldn't "happen" when I took it the first 2 times. Finally on the third visit, they were able to remedy the problem. So far so good! It hasn't happened again. I highly recommend them for Apple issues, rather than the Apple Store.

I went here because the Apple store service was backed up to a 5 day wait! I took my MacBook Pro in as it was having multiple issues. They were able to identify the problems, replace a part, and cleanup all the incompatible issues and it's running GREAT! It did take a few trips back and forth to get it to perfection...that's why there is only 4 stars, but they worked with me to make sure I was happy..and they also guarantee their work for 30 days..no extra charge! I'm thrilled! I was about to go by a new machine!!

They are the best. I was worried about downloading an update to the operating system on my iMac because my external drive backup wasn't working properly. Took my computer to them and they reformatted and cleaned up the backup hard drive and downloaded the new operating system for me in less than a day at a very reasonable price. They couldn't have been more patient and understanding in dealing with someone like me who's not a tech person. They are an authorized Apple dealer and repair shop. There's no reason to go to the Apple Store (other than buying accessories) when you can go to Digital Dot.

The two gentlemen that my wife and I interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and honest. We took her MacBook in for a battery replacement and they made sure we knew there was a small amount of water damage that could shorten the life of any replacement battery. We decided to go for it anyway, and they applied the battery warranty for us. Appreciated their honesty and expertise. Will be using them in the future.

First, went there to get my iPhone battery replaced. Took about 10 minutes for the repair, start to finish. I did have to wait a few minutes while they finished with the customer in front of me in line but otherwise, it was all good. No complaints.Second, my MacBook Pro wouldn't restart after an update. Took it in, it took about 24 hours for the diagnosis, I needed a new hard drive, having some magnetic read inconsistencies on the old one...yes, old, it was 6 years old at that point. Opted for the solid state drive, asked for the data transfer to happen. We had to wait a couple days for the hard drives to come it, they didn't have one for my machine in stock. Once that happened the repairs were completed. Got my machine back and all is very, very well. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, explained everything I asked about, provided requested guidance on the drive purchase, etc.Highly recommended, and way faster than the Apple Store in town.
