We've been in here a few times. Every time everyone has been so nice. We picked out a ukulele and they suggested the perfect one. So nice to go shopping locally rather than Amazon.

I always have a good experience at Dietze. The guy at the register is always nice to me & is always willing to help. He has restrung my guitar a lot of times already and I've never been left disappointed. He always tests the guitar when it's done to make sure I'm satisfied. I'm not sure why there's bad reviews for this place; it must be someone else angering these people because this guy that I've been seeing here for a while is fantastic so I feel pretty confident when it comes to recommending this Dietze.

Came in here to buy some saxophone items. The staff were knowledgeable about the products they sell and were friendly.

The previous inside store pictures are incorrect, from some other site , and I can't believe it's the same place, I went to years back.I went in looking for instruction material , and saw the area has been so reduced and well, material on lower areas of display area, have you kneeling on the floor.I can say , the two people managing the store , asked to assist in finding something, but, I was really surprised at the display of their material, other people looking in the same area, looked and kind of hesitated , I don't know if they found what they were looking for. I understand instruments are their main draw , and the give lessons but I didn't like their retail area. To some of us it's important , to others it's not.

Just bought my 1st guitar from them. All the staff members are great to talk to, and will take the time to listen to what you want. No high pressure sales techniques, just good people who want to help you. I must have been in there 5 or 6 times looking at different guitars before they got one in from a different store that I liked. Also took my 11 year old son in there as he is starting guitar lessons there. They treated him great, engaged with him talking about guitars. They truly took an interest in a younger kid learning a guitar. They will treat you good; no matter if your buying a $2500 Gibson Les Paul or a $5 bag of guitar picks. Highly recommend you check them out of you thinking of buying an instrument or already own one
