Our supplies are coming in later and later. Once again, I'm left scrambling, trying to figure out what to do for my child's diabetes supplies...we paid almost $700 for our order two weeks ago and have yet to receive anything (we are told that they're on back-order...I am understanding of supply chain problems at this time, but I've called the company that makes the supplies and was told that they're not having issues at the factory level). I also have a REALLY hard time hearing customer service reps - the phone line often sounds garbled. I'd really like to like this company because the reps are so friendly, but the lack of getting these very vital supplies on time is killing me.

This company is terrible and does not care about its patients. The customer service department is rude and unknowledgeable about diabetes and the supplies they fill. I will be searching for a new place to get my supplies.

Very frustrating to work with. They constanly need something from me, a doctors note, an update on last Dr. appointment, a cc, etc. The auto reorder just does not work and then you get billed different amounts for same product. Then when you call the background noise makes it difficult to understand the person you are talking to. Very frustrating company to work with.

They wont process my secondary insurance. They are difficult to speak to. They seem to forget they serve the customer. I have rarely felt like a customer when dealing with them.

I've been using them for a few years and they hardly ever send my dexcoms and transmitters on time. When I call them it does little to nothing. They don't do their jobs and when asked what takes them so long there is never an answer. I have had multiple months were I have to hassle them and call them DAILY for MULTIPLE DAYS before ANYTHING gets done. If you can get your stuff elsewhere I would suggest that. Very unreliable.

Their customer service is terrible, I've been handling my husband's account for two years and all the sudden there is no authorization for me to handle the account. He doesn't have his transmitter it expired and his sensors were paid for 3 weeks ago. Still nothing. Horrible!

If I could, these guys would get a NEGATIVE INFINITY for a rating. I called on 4/22/24, and they placed my order for a resupply. I told them to let me know when it was ready for ME TO PICK IT UP. When I called them on 4/25/24 to follow up (which is always a requirement with this company, since they are so EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT), I spoke with the same individual (Albert?) that I had spoken to on Monday. As usual, I had to REPEAT everything I had told him prior (name, address, the last time I saw my doctor, etc., etc.). The last time I told him my doctor's name, who has been my doctor for well over a year now, and they didn't have her listed as my doctor. So, he was to have added her name to my file. This time when I called, she STILL WAS NOT IN MY FILE AND WAS "NEW NEWS" to them. I suspect this silly company will never get it right. Albert informed me on my second call that the ITEM HAD BEEN SHIPPED, EVEN THOUGH I HAD TOLD HIM ON 4/22 I WANTED TO PICK IT UP). As a result, I will go without my medical supply reorder until UPS gets it to me. I hope someone at their firm listens to the recording of my phone call with Albert, because I really vented this time (I really don't think anyone there cares anyway, and I believe nothing good will happen as a result of my tirade, but it does help release some frustration on my part). These guys really really stink. If you can get your medical supplies from anywhere other than here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

One star is one too many for this place. Been waiting for 5 weeks now for them to send me my refill of Freestyle Libre sensors. They keep telling me that they need my medical records to prove I have seen my doctor in the last 6 months. That information has been sent to them multiple times yet they won't send my supplies. This happens each time I am dye for a refill. Have used them just over a year now and have received my refill on time once...... and even then they sent me the wrong product! If your doctor sets you up to get your supplies from this place do yourself a favor and ask to use a different company.
