I would not recommend this company. We booked a cruise for January 2022 with Laura. We purchased insurance coverage and were assured if we had to cancel a refund would be made by the insurance company. We are still waiting for our full refund and all communication to Laura is being ignored. She had not been helpful in the process and has failed to perform the duties she was paid for. After she was paid she disappeared.

Laura Dennis, is the travel agent that we used here to assist in planning our wedding destination trip!! Laura was thorough with every one of our 43 invited guests, she supplied everyone with information and options to make informed decisions. My HUSBAND and I could not be more happy with the way everything turned out. We appreciate Laura coordinating air and ground transportation for our guests. Our guests were all well informed and there were no interruptions flying to and from Jamaica. We are so grateful for all the time she invested in assisting us. Thanks so much, Laura and we will be calling you for our next trip!
