Located in the alley behind Gravity, you would never know it's there. Cooked to order cheesesteaks, fresh soft bread, very good quality steak and nicely seasoned. I added onions and mushrooms both fresh, they use cheese wiz which I enjoyed only I wish there was more cheese, some parts I couldn't tell if there was cheese at all. Overall good cheesesteak will ask for extra cheese wiz next time.

Owner is super nice guy. The buns come straight from Philly. These are authentic cheesesteaks. Super flavorful and tender meat. Loved this

Lincolnites who still mourn the loss of Norm and his mouthwatering Italian Beef sandwiches can rejoice, for there is a new Sandwich King of the Star City, and his name is Dave.Saturday afternoon I stopped in here for my second time. It's in the alley right behind The Grand, inside the back of Gravity bar. When we walked in, Dave greeted us immediately from behind the order window, and gave the two first-timers I'd brought in with me a quick rundown of the menu including a couple things he was out of. Once we ordered and sat down in a little roped-off section in the back of the empty barroom, our sandwiches came out in just a few minutes. I got mine with sautéed onions and cherry peppers, with extra cheese whiz. This is how I will order it from now on, and the extra whiz is a must in my opinion. Also my friends had mentioned at the order window that they were splitting a sandwich, and Dave remembered to cut it in half for them before he brought it out. Attention to small details like that is always a big plus in my book.As for the sandwich itself - roll was soft and pillowy, and it didn't get soggy or start falling apart while eating it. That roll came stuffed with well seasoned bits of beef, chopped and sautéed onions that had a nice bite, the cherry peppers giving just the right amount of kick and a little sweetness, and of course the extra whiz practically oozing out of it. I haven't had a chance to visit the City of Brotherly Love before, but I think this must be the most authentic version of the Philly Cheesesteak I've had.
