I think you need to read this review, because I had an exceptionally good experience with DE Guns and I think you will too. It's a nice store, with nice people, that know what they're doing. In particular, the employee Rhett provided customer service that was fantastic and top of the line. Thank you, Rhett.I will definitely come back to buy guns with Rhett, because of the memorable great experience today. He patiently answered all my questions, explained their stock and the services that they offer (shooting training and concealed carry), and helped me sign up to use the range - they have a bring-your-own-gun-only range and it's amazing. I practiced a few hours at the range and really had a good time. The range master was both acutely focused on our safety and friendly enough to answer questions. It's a beautiful and serene location too far away from distractions, you truly feel like you can be at peace with your firearm and hone your skill. A note - they have reloading tables at the range with comfortable seating. It has to be mentioned, you need to see how spacious and welcoming the actual store is. The layout of this store is HUGE, with so many varieties selections (guns, clothes, accessories, knives, you name it). If you're having a hard time finding ammo, go to DE Guns. Their firearm prices are fair and they carry a range of guns from super-affordable to "look at that price tag, oh, it's because that gun is made out of black steel and pure ivory with silver accents". While browsing around, I saw something VERY interesting: parents with their kids and everyone looked so happy to be there. It's not only for lifelong gun enthusiasts with big beards or big tats or big-ticket AR builds, it's very much a family place, too. A lot of husbands there with their wives, sometimes the husband teaching the wife, sometimes the wife teaching the husband. That's not always the case in retail stores, so DE Guns must be doing something quite right. This is important for first time shoppers: I HIGHLY recommend going to this store, if only because of how they display their handguns. The guns are safely open merchandised in a way that you can get a feel for the majority of their selections all by yourself (that's 50+ handguns to try). I can grip one gun, then another, then another - it really helps me figure out what I'm looking for. As shooting practitioners know, how it feels in your hand is incredibly important for the purpose it will serve you. DE Guns makes it easy to shop and I really liked that.As a conscientious shopper, I know that at DE Guns I can shop independently to not be bothered while I think about what I want buy OR ask a friendly, interested associate (as in my experience) and they'll be glad to help and share my enthusiasm for the hobby. That's great business strategy and I was very impressed. Great job, DE Guns, and see you again soon.

Absolutely worst gun store in Nebraska when it comes to customer service. Bought a brand new WASR-10 from them. Only got 3-4 rounds through it before it began to malfunction. The malfunction was a failure to cycle by either stove piping the round or not picking it up from the magazine at all. I have multiple AK mags from different manufactures and none of them worked. When I bought the gun from Deguns.net, I also got the lifetime warranty as well. I bought this gun back in June of 2024 and it is now December of 2024 and Deguns has just lied twice about helping me. First I gave it to their gunsmith to have them look at it; to which they said it would take 3-4 months to complete. I said fine, no problem, a little long, but they must be busy. 3 months later I stop by to get a progress update, and some sales manager says that the gunsmith was just finishing up actually. I said great and the sale manager says that he will call me tomorrow to pick it up. Next day sale manager calls, I pick the gun up and take it home. When I get home I do a function test, and try to seat a round in the chamber by loading a mag and racking the charging handle. Well what do you know... gun doesn't pick up a round at all. Tried all my mags and not one of them works. Mind you, this is after DeGuns assured me that they were able to get through 2 fully loaded mags without an issue. I take a deep breath and decide lets just go directly to Century Arms. Message Century, they say no problem, just take it to the FFL (DeGuns) and have the FFL do a couple of steps to ship the gun back to Century arms to have it inspected. I asked DeGuns if it would take long to ship it to Century; Deguns said nope. Most likely will go out next business day; this was on 10/25/2024. I just called DeGuns yesterday on 12/20/2024, because Century needed a RAN or Ticket number in order to give me a status update. DeGuns just informed me that they never sent the gun back to Century this whole time. DeGuns just held onto to my fucking gun for 7 weeks, because Deguns claimed that Century never sent them a shipping label. Does anybody call... nope; they just let it sit there for weeks. Fuck DeGuns

My husband has went in twice to sell firearms and has been scolded and harassed by Andy. He us horrible at customer service and I'm unsure why anyone would keep him around when he completely admits that he is hired to be the devil. He is so unprofessional when they should be in the market of making money.

On more than one occasion, I've placed online orders on items that I felt were great deals. The orders were processed then refunded on both occasions. When I returned to the website, the price had increased greatly. I understand there may have been a pricing mistake once, however, twice it seems more like intentional bait and switch. If there are legitimate website glitches, they need to consider getting a better web manager. Not a good look.

Customer service is absolutely terrible at this establishment. The salesmen we had Experience with brought a gun off the shelf and was checking for safety he couldn't even cycle the action of the firearm to check for safety and just handed the gun directly to us.They were polite yes... but extremely uneducated. And as a previous local gun store employee i understand that you cannot have an education on every firearm in the store. But out of simple laziness the employee couldn't find anymore information about the questions we were asking. These were some of the questions that were askedHow many choke tunes does the gun come with? His answer idk they come in the boxThis gun is chambered for 3' shells do you know if it has any trouble shooting 2 3/4 shell? His answer. Idk some of these guns shouldn't shoot bird shot.We asked could you easily get more mags for the firearm and he said idk you would have to order them online. He wasn't even interested in looking any information up for us.Employee like this are very dangerous in a store. They can sell a new customer a complete wrong firearm and just destroy a first time gun owner's experience. In all honesty I'm not expecting of someone to be always able to answer all of the questions we have. But I am expecting of someone to have the enthusiasm to educate them selves more about the product if they don't know. Or to find someone who can answer these question. It's just pour customer services to have an employee who simply doesn't care. And doesn't want to put effort into a customer. We had every intention that of purchasing a few guns today but after this experience we left empty handed.
