So I came into Deery Brothers of Waukee bright and early Wednesday morning to look for a Jeep. Kerry greeted me as I came in, and took the whole nervous part out of the equation by simple conversation and humor, in purchasing a new vehicle. I was shown, top of the line pre-owned selection and knew I found the Jeep of my dreams! Safety, four wheel drive and room for our future growing family is exactly what I wanted. Jason and Kerry both were informative about the selection of vehicles brought forth and I could not have been happier on the vehicle I chose. The easiest car buying experience I've ever had in my life! Our sales person, David Allmon, greeted us in a warm and friendly way when we arrived on the lot. Quickly, I was test driving a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I've wanted a Jeep so long as I could drive. Today was the day! Without any haggling they gave me a generous offer for my trade. It's State Fair time so they have lots of manufacturers and dealers incentives on vehicles. I found out my best friend got a minivan the day before from them. His experience was the same as mine. Beginning to end about 2 hours, with no wasted time haggling, all things being purposeful with a friendly salesperson to help. Imar, the Finance guy was kind and fast tracked things so I could surprise the kids after day camp with dad's new Jeep. I 100% recommend David and Deery Brothers Waukee. It's great to see in the large automotive world, smaller family dealers thriving. It's definitely due to their friendly and customer service centered business model. Shop local, drive to Deery!

Amazing dealer! We worked with Derek out there. Found out that this dealer try's to help out all customers by not selling there trade in to other dealers. They will keep them and try to sell them to customers that are looking for a cheap car, or sometime a project car. So for any budget they work amazing. The dealership is huge and has a amazing shop inside.

its not very often I walk into a business with the intent of walking right back out but today was one of those days. uncontrollable by the staff that the unit I was after had just sold as I arrived, Iman and the team at Deery did a wonderful job making an honest effort at helping me find another vehicle (better unit), and worked to get me a deal I was happy and comfortable with all while also providing a generous amount for my offered trade in. I had ever intent on leaving 10 mins after I arrived today, but the hospitality and willingness to see my time as valued and personally shop me vehicles resulted in me leaving with a new vehicle and I honestly couldn't have been happier with the experience. it's seldom you hear unfortunate news only to be met with an upbeat attitude from individuals just looking to see someone happy. 10/10 would buy from Deery again!

Poor sales experience. Called in spoke to Zac re a 2013 chevy avalanche. Being sold as is - asked him since I am in another state, had someone done an inspection or scanned the modules to be able to advise buyer what is wrong [if anything]. He said no, their policy is to sell vehicles without knowing anything about their condition! WOW - are you kidding me!!! Was advised I could come and inspect in person. I dont understand any dealership, especially a BIG 3, who dont know the condition of used vehicles they sell to be able to advise buyer what it needs done, if anything, to make it roadworthy and safe. Why would they want to sell something that could be unsafe or break down immediately, without knowing it up front so they can advise the buyer. THis is RIDICULOUS! SOmething is going on with this vehicle when they lowered the price from $9k to $5500 - they must know it has a problem[s] but want to play "see no evil, know no evil" game. They could scan the modules with a scanner that they already have in 10-15 mins - thats all the time investment needed. THey could be ethical selling an as is vehicle with declaring what's wrong up fron to the buyer, so the buyer can make an informed decision. BUT OH NO they aren't interested!

Stopped by their service department today,i had some type of fluid leak under my newer Dodge van,ask if it could be looked at just to confirm where the leak was coming from and if i needed to stop driving it intell they had time to repair it, i was told it would be apx 5 weeks out before they could look at it!! VERY UNEXEPTABLE! I explained that i couldn't keep driving my van for 5 more weeks with a fluid leak, all i asked for was a quick look on where and how bad the fluid leak was, their answer from one of their employees that maybe i should take my concerns elsewhere! What happen to take care of your local customers? They have lost my business for good!

I bought my jeep Grand Cherokee in 2021 and the purchase process was great. When it started to go downhill was the service department. I was told when I purchased the vehicle extended warranty that if I got my vehicle repaired there, they would waive the 100 deductible each time. I asked the finance guy Izzy if I heard that correctly and he confirmed yet again that this was true. Well a few months later I had to get the blower fan replaced due to the bearings going out. They tried charging me the 100 dollar deductible and I immediately went to Izzy and the sales manager. It was once again confirmed and the deductible was waived and my account noted. Well a few months later my sunroof was leaking and I took it in. Once again and found that the sunroof was never seated properly. Once again they tried to charge me a 100 deductible. I told them my account should have been noted and that Izzy will back me up. Well guess what. Izzy no longer works there!! My note was deleted and the sales manager who Izzy and I had the conversation with acted like he never heard that before and that Izzy is no longer there to confirm. They said they cannot possibly waive the deductible each time. They said they would do it one last time at that was it. It was determined that the wind netting on the sunroof needed to be replaced as well due to mold growing on it from the leaky sunroof. It took them 6 months to get the netting installed because each time they tried installing they broke the part! I had to go back 4 times. The second to final time in, they didn't break the part but the frame itself the part clips onto!! Went back a final time and it was finally fixed. But now I have a rattle in the sunroof. I have called and left messages asking for them to check it out and I have not received a call back. Also went in for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. I had a coupon from their online website and they told me it was for a 3 oil change package. I advised that there is a coupon for both one oil change and one for a package. I was not able to prove it because the website was down when I got there. When I went to pick it up. I was able to get on the website and prove I was telling the truth. The advisor went to the general manager who agreed but proceeded to mean mug me during the transaction for proving him wrong. Also during the oil change, they wanted me to flush coolant, brake line and rear differential all totaling almost a grand. My jeep only has 40k miles and all of these are not even suggested by jeep until 100k miles or more. I chose not to have them completed. I also had the cabin air filter replaced but when I got home I noticed that it sounded like a vacuum in my glove box. I went on YouTube and took my glovebox out to get to the filter to find that it was installed incorrectly! I was able to fix it on my own but I should not have to. So today I sit still waiting for them to call me back about the sunroof rattle but all I get is crickets. If it wasn't for my extended warranty needed to go through them, I would never go back.
