I was in need of some headbands for a work project as part of our work with our local organ donation agency and wanted something to make our gift of Heartbeat Bears stand out. I placed a small order of 30 headbands which arrived quickly, but the first batch had part of the writing on two sides instead of one. I worked with Derek Hemingway who was great at addressing the misprinted headbands and got a new order out to me right away. The last batch was just what we were looking for! I would give their customer service 5 stars, but gave 4 just because the order had to be redone. Overall, I would utilize their service again and the customer service is what set them apart from others.

I'm a part of a large baseball organization that used Decker to outfit hundreds of players this season. Unfortunately we've had so many issues since ordering. First, back in the fall, the uniforms took 4-6 weeks to ship. Because it was fall ball, no one raised issue as we had other uniforms to suffice during that time. Then in January, the team decided to order an additional uniform in a new color. Not only did that order take 4-6 weeks to arrive, but once received, the jersey was an Adult size, not Youth. Customer service when calling to correct the order was great, very cordial and happy to help. The issue came when it was at this point March and season had started. There was no help in expediting the order, eventhough it was their fault, and on top of that, the order did not arrive for another 6 weeks! After several calls and emails, the excuse was that their manufacturing process was taking longer than expected but come to find out, the order had actually been shipped to the wrong address and had been sent back and sitting at their facility for who knows how long! At that time, they shipped the order to me but failed to send the hat that was ordered at the same time. Once going back to them yet again, they said they forgot to even manufacture the hat and would send when it was complete. At this point we're almost done with season and when asked for a refund on the hat, they said they could only do a partial, eventhough I have not even received it yet and it's no longer useful.

Our Fastpitch organization ordered a uniform package through Decker Sports. We were first told that their sizing app was accurate, it WAS NOT, so we had to ALL schedule a time to try on uniforms. Some parents couldn't even get the app to work. Then we were told we would have them for our first tournament. We did not. Our team manager had to meet someone from Decker half way (2hrs) to pick them up. I paid for shipping, now several weeks later I receive the visor that doesn't even match the uniform! I am told I will not be refunded my $20 shipping because they shipped the visor. Come on now! It DOES NOT cost that to ship a visor. So now think of them keeping that $20 shipping for 30+ players. Not happy with this company. As much as our organization has spent with them for uniforms this season, I expected better.

I have 3 travel ball teams so a total of 32 kids. I read reviews about decker sports online and thought I would give them a shot at our new uniform. I started off talking with CHRIS. CHRIS gets 5 he was awesome he has went above and beyond his role for the company. And help design 3 uniforms.However the issues quickly began after Chris's job was finished. The sizing app did not work multiple kids uniforms did not fit. Keep in mind we ordered beginning of July with promises of 4 week lead time. It is now September and played multiple tournaments and several kids still do not have uniforms. Ordered two hats per player. we have one but they made the other in an entirely different color. sizing on hats was terrible and we even paid to have them send us samples to try on. they sent very old hats not even one was the style we ordered so guess what nothing fit. Misspelled names on the back of the jerseys. This was suppose to take the stress and worry away from coaches/organizations but instead it has done right the opposite. I will say however the ones that fit or have theirs are and good quality stuff.I just wish I would have known of the headache that was fast approaching me prior to doing business with them.Plenty of other companies out there to choose from.
