Took my son's bike in to get the gears looked at. Everyone there was super helpful, very knowledgeable, told me what was wrong with the bike and gave a fair estimate for repair, also had the bike fixed in a timely manner.

The best thing we can say about this place is the personal service and concern for the customer is getting the product best for them.We have bought things from them twice, bikes and then some additional gear.The salesperson who sold us the bikes was great listening to our situation nd finding and then finding what we would use in our price range.Also steering us away from others with valid reasons would not suit us.Be aware that their extra gear is expensive.

Snagged a pair of Trek Marlin mountain bikes at Cycle Works for my wife and me. Perfect bikes for our cross training and hitting trails. Second round of bike purchases from Cycle Works. They take time. Educate. Guide. Awesome and caring employees!Just took our Marlins in for a post 150 mile check. In and out effortlessly.Love supporting local businesses and Cycle Works is our bike shop and store!

I totaled my car a year ago and have been reliant upon using my bicycle since then. I have gone countless times to Cycle Works to get my inner tubes changed and each time they were extremely helpful, patient, and efficient with time. After countless times I finally took the advice they had been giving to get "slime tubes" which has been a game changer for my frequent flat tires. Went in again after a long period away and they still remembered me and were just as courteous as ever. They have even helped with minor repairs that I couldn't fix on my own without even charging a dime for the adjustment. Would give more stars if I could.

A+ customer service. I had my bike shipped from Florida to Cycle Works in Lincoln for Gravel Worlds. The staff at Gravel Worlds were extremely helpful and friendly. Not only did they help me plan the entire process of getting my bike there and ready to race, but they also called me to let me knowMy bike had arrived and then that it had been assembled. When I picked up my bike everyone was so nice...they made sure the bike was exactly like I wanted it and it was perfect. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend!!

Attached is a pic of a freshly tuned bike. For $70 you would think the loose dirt could be cleaned from the cogs, chain rings, and derailleur wheels but apparently not. Pretty disappointing.

Always lots of nice rides here with many options in clothes and all accessories for all levels riders. Nice large store and big variety of choices.

This is a very well run bike shop with a knowledgeable staff and tons of bikes. I went in for a set of tires and left with a new bike I love. They've since been very helpful with my unusual requests for specific situations that are out of the ordinary.
