I'm a small business owner that up until recently was a client of Cutthroat Printing for the past five years. I am disappointed to write this review, because, until this now, our experience with Cutthroat has been satisfactory.We recently placed an order for 1000 presentation folders to be used as part of our marketing and branding. We submitted our desired artwork and logos - as we've done many times before - and our office manager reviewed and signed off on the electronic proof - again, as we have done many times before.When we received our folders, they were clearly purple in places they shouldn't be purple.Our office manage attempted to obtain some sort of explanation and resolution with absolutely no success. All we were told was "Not our fault, not going to do anything."Jeremy's response to my google review of our horrific customer service experience was to blame-shift to our incredibly detail oriented office manager, and slander her conduct and communication as "unprofessional." That's 100% bulls**t and I'll gladly post the text of every single email that Anna wrote for anyone to see- she was completely professional in seeking an explanation for how a proof we've used at various printers (who ALL used offset printers, BTW) for years could suddenly turn out purple instead of blue. Tough luck.As someone who owns a business, this is an astonishingly bad and short-sighted approach to customer service for a long term client who has spent thousands of dollars over the last 5 years on your product.But that is not the worst of it.Not only am I stuck paying for 1000 folders I cannot use, that are plainly a different color than EVERYTHING Cutthroat has printed for us over the years, the owner of Cutthroat Printing went and left a one star Google review on MY business after we expressed our disappointment. This sort of retaliatory behavior to a legitimate client complaint is breathtakingly unprofessional.I would strongly not recommend using this printing service. If you're dissatisfied, not only will they not offer any kind of resolution to get a satisfactory product, it appears that they'll also retaliate against YOUR business.
