They do not understand the equipment they install and not customer focused.We had an issue with an integra receiver and they charged us $90 to come out to look at the equipment they installed. The integra has a Wifi module automatically update the firmware and it was not set up when they installed it. Lends to them not understanding the equipment they install.

They fixed my outdoor speaker system and it works great. Prompt service and excellent communication.
