Custom Cruises & Travel

I contacted this business in December about some info and suggestions for a trip we were planning in April or May. They said they would get back to to me and I've never heard another word from them. Maybe my budget was too low. Poor customer service.

This was our first trip to Europe and we used Custom Cruises and Travel because of recommendations from our friends. Elise was excellent in planning our trip from the airline seats, which were exactly what I wanted, the hotel in Amsterdam, the river cruise on Uniworld, and train travel from Basel to Zurich. Our paperwork was very well organized and we had everything we needed in one place. Communication through email and on the phone was a breeze. I would not hesitate in using Elise and her company again. It was a top notch experience all along the way. Thank you for a dream vacation.
