Cupcakes & More

I used Cupcakes & More for my wedding cake, mini cupcakes, and mini cheesecakes. The staff was fantastic to work with, and the desserts were delicious! We were able to sample all the flavors we were interested in, which was appreciated as other places make you pay for each flavor you sample. Also, they give you a complimentary one-year anniversary cake so you don't have to save your top layer - I'm counting down the days to have the lemon cake again! Highly recommend!

After being a loyal customer for YEARS and purchasing hundreds, possibly thousands, of dollars of their cupcakes and cakes, we will never be back. EVER. The staff have extremely poor customer service, horrendous attitude, and communication skills. We tried to redeem cupcakes off of our reward point card, and they told us they got rid of the entire system and had sent out emails. ----Side note: We have spent hundreds of dollars on this place. We purchased cakes, cupcakes, special orders, birthday cakes, brownie shots, etc.----We had not ever received a single email, single phone call, text, NOTHING. Absolutely no notice at all. After telling them about the situation politely, the rude and disgruntled saleswoman just brushed us off and implied we leave. I've never encountered this ridiculous behavior. If this doesn't deter you, the quality of their cupcakes has DEFINITELY worsened-- tastes like my 5 year old niece trying to make cupcakes from a boxed mix......

Their menu listed 14 total flavors but only 8 of them were available on a Friday. Each flavor came in 3 sizes - $1 minis, $2.25 regulars, and $3 jumbos.I purchased a regular-sized Red Velvet and found it to be perfectly moist. Unfortunately, the flavor reminded me of something out of a Betty Crocker box. All in all, good for sudden cupcake cravings but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.Service could also use a little improvement.

Nicely decorated, but I hate to agree with others who said it tastes like it's from a box... but that's EXACTLY what I thought when I tried them. Chocolate, lemon, red velvet, vanilla... even the frosting tastes like it's from the store. Yuck. I don't think the red velvet had any cream cheese in the frosting either... sadness :(

Dry cupcakes. Over baked. Not scratch made. Poor counter help. As a positive. Lots of flavors.

I tried to order a cake multiple times from them by emailing and contacting them through their website and I never received a response through my multiple effort. I have no idea how good their cupcakes are but I honestly don't care with how rude they are and how bad they are at customer service.

Rude and unhelpful. I called a day ahead to order 2 dozen cupcakes. I was told they were too busy to take the order, but that I could come in person and pick out 2 dozen cupcakes. When I went to the store, they would not let me buy more than 3 cupcake flavors for my 2 dozen order. The woman was short and unaccommodating. It was my first time trying this bakery and it will certainly be my last. Lincoln has great bakeries and customer service but NOT at this store.

Very unfriendly and not accommodating at all! They seem always too busy to take even a small order even a week in advance. If you call you get an answering machine but they never return your call.

I'm picky about pastries but found these cupcakes to be delicious! Love the variety of flavors. Even their day-old mini cupcakes were delicious, not dry. They're elegant, and the staff was friendly when I visited and picked up treats for my mom.
