I am new member (since January) to Crunch-Lincoln. I visit often and find the staff to be pleasant and professional. I especially appreciate that the facility is clean, well lit, and has plenty of mirror space. They also have a fun variety of group fitness classes, from Zumba to TRX, upper and lower body concentrated classes, pilates and yoga. I believe they have recently had a change in management staff, maybe a new Group Fitness Coordinator? IDK, but there has been an entire change and focus in genuine hospitality at the desk and in classes. I recommend Crunch to all of my friends! You can't beat the price, the courtesy and the new equipment.

Trainers are very pushy and try to get you to join their overpriced programs. Poor management is unwilling to contact customers regarding issues. Finally, even after you cancel your membership, they continue to charge you, and when you point this out, gym management claims they can not find proof you canceled and refuses to refund your money.

Signed up online and was excited to go and took my wife as my guest as it advertised online when I signed up. I made it to the gym and scanned myself in with the app and walked in with my wife when we were rudely stopped by this female staff who is lucky I did not get her name, she seems to be in charge in the front. Black haired female. In a rude tone asked my wife if she had checked in instead of being welcoming. Then after their dumb kick off crap they try to shove down your throat and adding charges to what they never advertised when they signed up. I right away asked to cancel my membership and started to give me attitude and preferred to go on and count her register instead of facing us. What a piece of shit place. Get your place out of Lincoln. Stick to planet fitness. They really do know what no judgement means.

The gym has an amazing atmosphere where everyone is laid-back and supportive. Members focus on their fitness goals and encourage each other, creating a positive environment. They don't let negativity or misinformation from the internet affect their mindset, fostering a community of strength and resilience. It's all about lifting each other up and enjoying the journey together!

You bet it was on many different reviews sites. That is the way they work. It wasn't to let you know as you don't care. I want everyone to know to avoid your business. Maybe if you properly trained you sales people to do their jobs correctly and didn't lie to potential customers I wouldn't have to make sure everyone knows. Do crappy business get crappy reviews. Now that you've given an aloof response to my review, I made sure to post it a few more places. You should be seeing soon. You're nuts if you didn't think I wasn't going to spread the word. Do better.

The gym itself is good, but they scam you. I had a personal trainer (who was great, that's not the issue) and when I ended the service they continued to charge me. They are aware, I wasn't in a contract and everything was done properly. They have said it shouldn't have happened and I will be refunded. still no refund and every time I call no one is available to talk to me about the matter so they take down my number and no one calls me back. This exact thing is going on with my friend who was doing the personal training with me. we are both out $160 each still that was wrongfully taken out of our accounts waiting for our refunds.

The gym itself is basic, they have tanning beds but they don't have tanning goggles for sale, they force you to sign contracts & the staff does not know what the contracts contain. Even when you ask to dispute the contract, they will refuse & still charge for services unused. This is the worst gym to come to Lincoln in my opinion. Staff are undereducated & have poor morale. Riley was the one I spoke to & he did not know the answers to my questions about the contracts. I then spoke with Evan who also says he could not do anything. They took $480 out of my account when I told them I do not need services & that I was unaware of what was in the contract. They really make you think that they are trying to help but the personal trainers are only paid on commission so they are inevitably greedy & money hungry. They do NOT care about their clients.
