Crumbl - North Lincoln

It's a great cookie place. However most flavors for the week are almost the same but with different names. It's a lot of Oreo. I don't go there often because the flavors lack for me or they just don't sound good to me. I only go there if there's a flavor that I like. For instance the cinnamon square

This was my first time trying Crumbl, & you know what they say, first impression means everything. While the cookies were so yummy, the team members didn't even look at me or say anything when I came in. I was the only customer on the board & it took at least 15 minutes or longer to get my order even though I arrived on time for my pick up. All of the workers looked miserable & irritated & didn't say anything the whole time, not even at hand off. The counters were all dirty & trash on the floor. I was actually surprised at how indifferent the workers were & how messy the store seemed! While I will be trying Crumbl again, I definitely won't be coming back to the Lincoln location.

Always liked Crumbl Cookies, great texture not too crunchy and not too soft, great cookie selection, all so good but not overly sweet.

Very good cookies with very high calories. Might be slightly underbaked though. Don't like ordering on a computer. Employees are friendly but not sure why I should have the option of tipping when I have to order on a kiosk. In my opinion tipping should be based on a waitress or waiter providing service for me/taking care of me at a restaurant. Not just making the food (what they get paid for) and handing it to me.

Decent place to grab a mid afternoon treat, brightens up my day every time I go in there!!

Excellent services every time I visit. I order online through the app and then my order is ready with minimal waiting when I get to the store. Quick and friendly! And so yummy!

I tried to place an order online for an event 1 week in advance. The website said to place a catering order 3 days in advance. So I waited until then however, the date I needed to place an order for did not show up on the website. I called the store. The person I spoke with was rude on the phone when I explained the issue and tried to place an order over the phone. They do not allow over the phone orders as I was talking with the employee, they hung up on me. I place a lot of large catering orders for my business. I will not be giving this location any business after the way I was treated with customer service.

If you want to order for an event ,don't wait until the menu comes out to order on Monday. I waited until the menu came out and then was unable to order online. After many attempts of the site stating order failed I called the business and was told they were already full for the weekend. The website should be more clear about the online order process. Then I was told I could try another store that is 2 hours away from me. Needless to say I will not use them in the future for an event.
