Super nice !! Very helpful..greeted and welcomed me ...Crumbl App for FREE cookie ..she graciously gave me my cookie and didn't pressure me to buy anything ...I got a mint and chip frosting sugar cookie that looks like a perfectly shaped big round yummy cookie....they bring out the cookie in a lovely pink box and show it to you before closing it to see if it looks OK to you!!! I felt like royalty!!! Thank you so much for excellent customer service we will be back now that we know you are new in town

Ordering thru the iPad is a genius idea. It was quick and easy and there was no line. The cookies came out within 10 minutes or less, and they were friendly. The cookies are huge and expensive, and full of sugar. Recommend for a once in a while sweet treat!

Placed an online order with a pick up time of 715. Get there at 715 and order is not ready. Employees are going out of their way not to acknowledge you. Store is exceptionally filthy, mud prints on the floor when it hasn't rained in over a week, not sure when they last mopped. Finally received order at 735, while customers were placing online orders in store due to system malfunction and receiving ahead of mine, even though I had ordered 30 minutes prior?

The cookies come out pretty quick and love the self service ipads, however i don't like the automatic $3 tip it puts on the app. The parking lot and store itself are both pretty small and can get crowded quickly, that doesn't stop me from coming every week tho.

Literally do not ever go to the #bellevuecrumblecookie @crumblecookiebellevue literally asked if they had what I wanted and they said yes so I place the order and pay not even 3 minutes later you're gonna tell me you don't have it , I went from the order counter to The pick up counter and you don't have them ?
