Cruizin Cones

I loved Cruizin Cones when it was a little trailer out in the middle of nowhere. It was so cool to go on top of the trailer to eat your ice cream and it felt very small-town-Nebraskan to have the store set up that way. Unfortunately, they've since merged with a donut shop and have a space in a strip mall. I think the business move makes sense but it really takes away half the reason I went here in the first place - the environment. The staff are friendly. It's almost never busy since they moved to the new location.I'm happy to report that the ice cream is still good! They have really fun waffle bowls that they make into ice cream nachos, great and unique flavors, and lots of toppings. There are board games in the store so you can sit and hang out with friends too.

What a great little hidden gem! My wife and I stopped by in a whim last night on our way to Dairy Queen. I'm so glad we did!! So much closer, tasted delicious and best of all, you feel as if you are taking care of your own vs a big national chain. Pricing was pretty similar to what you would expect but the experience was far better! Bring the kids along! They have outdoor games setup for them to play, or the ability to go on the roof and check out the surroundings from up high! Meanwhile, the adults can mingle on the (plenty of) nice tables with umbrellas.My first experience and I know my wife was equally pleased. We will be back soon to try more!

Cruizin Cones has a cute little set up just off of 216th street, perfect area to beat the heat and grab some soft serve ice cream! It's just across the way from The Beanery Coffee shop!As you approach and turn into the area there's gravel parking close by. What I loved about this place is that pets are welcome here! They even offer pup cups here! They also have a life sized pool game, corn hole, and some other activities to keep you entertained and enjoying the warm weather! There's a good variety to the menu and they have several different topping options! I had never had the kind of soft serve they offer here but was eager to try it out. It was interesting, the flavors you choose are twisted into the soft serve, it's a subtle taste. My boyfriend, his fam bam, and I were excited to come here after Father's day dinner and to make sure the guest of honor, his step dad, the father's day special!! We were lucky enough to check out some of their flavors and specials on their Facebook page! As soon as we got there I studied the menu and settled on their Butter Pecan Ice cream with hot fudge. It was savory and delicious. I liked how light and creamy it was. My boyfriend had the Horchata and loved that too! The rest of our group enjoyed their favors as well. His mom commented that she didn't taste much of the Peanut Butter but I think the flavors are meant to be subtle. It's all still new to me but I'm excited to discover more yummy flavors, and treat Rosie to some pup cups! If you find yourself in the are or just finished shopping at the outlets I highly suggest you head over to Cruizin Cones to get your ice cream fix!

Friendly staff and great ice cream. Very enjoyable experience for us as being new to the area.

I can't wait to come back here on a day that isn't 100+ degrees! We all tried to eat our ice cream as quickly as possible to avoid it immediately melting so looking forward to trying it again on a day where we can enjoy the yard games, too. The employee working was very friendly and helpful and even tried to talk my husband out of ordering the ice cream nachos for himself because of the big portion sizes. Turns out that was not an issue and he still managed to eat almost the entire thing! My cinnamon toast sundae was great and our daughter absolutely loved her "rainbow ice cream"!

Love this place! Great variety of flavors, and quick friendly service. Grateful to have a great ice shop in Gretna.
