I have been a member at Khrusos for several years now (with a significant gap during and after COVID, sadly), and I just can't recommend the place enough. It's more than a gym. It's a community . . . a family, if you don't mind me getting a little cheesy about it. The heart and soul of the place is Travis, the owner, but the other coaches are all fantastic, too. Crossfit, in general, might get a bit of a bad or even cultish rep, but that's not how it is here. The workouts ARE hard, but the vibe is 1,000% supportive and encouraging. There are ALL levels of fitness here, from Spartan racer, elite athlete types to the over 50, "what the hell happened to my body?!" types (I fall comfortably into the latter category). Scaling of the workouts is always encouraged to tailor the work you your specific level of fitness and the variety of workouts ensures that it is NEVER, ever, ever boring. Bottom line: If you're looking for a home and a place to start, restart, continue, or supplement your fitness journey, you simply can't go wrong here. You won't find better people or a better environment anywhere.

This gym is fantastic. As a first time CrossFit athlete, I did not know what to expect. The coaching staff is very focused on training you to lift correctly rather than quickly. They take time to address areas of improvement and provide positive feedback when you succeed. Best of all, is the comforting and welcoming nature of everyone who goes to this gym. Upon walking in the first time, everyone introduces themselves and asks a little about you to get to know you better. This is very much a family more so than a gym.

superb gym with good coaches who take time to work with you one on one and in a group setting! every class time is a good workout. the community here is great, the people are awesome and friendly! If your looking for a great, challenging workouts you should definitely check unrelenting out!

This place is awesome. Been at this gym most days (5-6 days a week) for the past 18 months. Great crew of workout partners and awesome dedicated coaches. Have definitely made this old guy a more fit person. Not a pushy, "grrrr crossfit gym." A place where friends and family motivate each other to work really hard and improve themselves.

I took the 10 week bootcamp with Jason and thought it was great. I got much stronger. It was cool to learn bodyweight exercises that I can do at home and also to learn how to lift weights. I appreciated the childcare that was included with the cost of my class; it made it really easy to attend every day. Lots of great people to hang out with too!

I purchased a groupon to try out unrelenting crossfit in Papillion. I am older than the usual attendee so I was very nervous. The class is fairly small usually about 6-8 people. The trainer, Jason Barnes, was very good. He knows what he is doing. He kindly took my age and current fitness into account in creating a routine for me. After going for a month on the groupon I signed up to continue. I like that every single day is unique. I also love that a workout is one hour exactly. I would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Unrelenting Crossfit in Papillion no matter your age or fitness.
