Cross Cuts

I got a haircut and beard trim from here the other week. The haircut was adequate, but the beard trim was so uneven and lopsided that the next day I had to just shave it off completely. Do NOT let them touch your beards!

After Frank the barber left town mysteriously, I was rightfully worried I wouldn't find a place to cut my hair. After a few months of living like a bohemian, my naturally curly hair grew bushy. I didn't mind when people ran to the other side of the street when I strolled along a sidewalk, or when my girl friend's family left out of the group photos. However when my cat stopped recognizing me, I knew it was time to find my new Frank. I tried a lot of barbers shops and they didn't have the authenticity of Crosscuts. I always have a hard time finding a place to cut my hair due to the curl and these guys do it right every time. It's located right next to Backline Comedy Theater, so I get my haircut and hit a show.

I got my cut from Greg, and he did a great job. I had never been there and was a walk in client towards the end of the night, didn't have to wait long. I'm going back after the New year.

Horrible service. Made 2 kids appointments the first appointment I tried to make was for a Saturday spot and was advised via their website hat no chairs were available for the time I was looking for, and so I went to the next available date which according to the website was Sunday and allowed me to book the appointment. The day of the appointment the shop was closed and when I called and followed steps according to the email confirmation sent to me I got no call back or follow up, and I am still trying to work with the company to make sure that the refund is processed. Horrible business managment I guess you have to know the people who work here in order to receive any service.
